I had an amazing stay at Lexham Gardens by Cheval Maison. Everything was perfect, from the exceptional service and friendly staff to the spotless cleanliness and beautiful, modern design. Before my arrival, I sent an email requesting to check in a day earlier, and they promptly replied with confirmation, offering me the same rate. On the day of check-out, I decided to extend my stay for one more night, and once again, they accommodated my request with the same rate, which I truly appreciated.

The only concern I had was the soundproofing it wasn’t up to par, and I could hear noises from outside my room. Aside from this, everything else exceeded my expectations, and I truly enjoyed my time here.

We booked the largest appartement with two bedrooms, the rooms were okay it is a little bit small while the living room is good , the kitchen appliances are available and good, but the service of the appartement is less than expected such as cleaning. The safety is provided as guests entering the building with their own cards. Overall, I recommend it in case of you compromise cleaning and some other services. The location of the hotel is far from Oxford St. , Mayfair etc. The nearest is knight’s bridge wich may take more than 20 minutes walking. This aparthotel is truly 10/10. It is very spacious, clean, quiet - amazing value. Your room comes with its own kitchen - fully stocked, with a fridge, stove, and microwave/oven. It has a washer/dryer as well. I have stayed at most of the 5-star properties in Mayfair/knightsbridge and the rooms here are better than most. The hotel doesn’t have its own restaurant or bar. The way it works is you order your own delivery and the front desk will deliver it, like that of a serviced apartment. Every staff member I met was very friendly and accommodating.
