lululemon — Local services in London

Service was amazing!!! (Evening 15.06.24) But poor staff couldn’t make a sale with me because of the stock. I spent around 40 min or more trying to pick a few pieces, I’m into basic colours: white, off-white, beige, brown, grey, black (which should be a base for the stock in my opinion). Literally, either (1) nothing was suiting me either cut wise or (2) colour wise, (3) but most importantly there were no sizes of the pieces I liked. I wasn’t after sale, which makes it even more strange. I found it quite frustrating for me as a customer, but I cannot imagine how difficult it must be to work like that. Having a customer in front of you hungry to shop, but having nothing to offer. Despite that, they were so kind and friendly and make me feel very welcome and did their very best running back and forth to the storage and offering potential options. As a business constant I feel really sad that the management puts their team in such a position offering no product to sell and I bet they have high target to reach. Shame on you. Big thanks to the girls again! Harrods always treated their staff the worst but it feels like it’s getting worst and worst...

Impossible to find using Google, you pretty much have to figure out that it’s IN Harrods as Google Maps doesn’t tell you that. Then you figure out that Sportswear is on 4th floor. Get off lift at 4th floor and it says Children’s Wear so you pretty much have to work your way through children’s wear and eventually come to sportswear, not that there are any signs at all telling you that, and Lululemon is a teeny tiny corner with very little stock. After all that I just wanted to buy a gift voucher but no “we don’t do gift vouchers as we are just an outlet store”. So incredibly frustrating. Unfortunately didn’t have a positive experience. Be aware that this is a concession stand within Harrods and not an actual store so the listing is misleading. Wanted to return an item which arrived in a colour very different from the website. Came all the way to the Lululemon ‘store’ to eventually realise it’s inside Harrods on 4th floor. They would not accept the item for refund as they’re a concession stand. Ended up wasting a lot of time and having to walk to the closest actual store with a bad foot. Suggest the listing is made much clearer to avoid this...
