Not a good experience whatsoever, me and my partner went to get a haircut, this was our first ever time and we will not be returning, when booking the appointment went were never sent the confirmation email even when asking for it several times, the main problem broke out when we called the salon on the day to see if we could move our appointment later, we spoke to this horrible women so was extremely rude and disrespectful to us down the phone and claimed we called earlier and we didn’t turn up for our appointment for 3 (our appointment was at 5) after being called a lier down the phone and being told we would no longer be able to attend our appointment, the receptionist realised she was wrong which she admitted to hung up the phone immediately (awful customer service and no apology )

Me and my partner were debating whether to go or not after receiving this customer service but eventually we did, me and my partner had out hair cut at the same time firstly his cut

My partner has long curly hair, after the wash and cut he needed the back of his head shaving he was then court by the clippers which made him bleed…..again no apology

My haircut was highly disappointing my hair is uneven…..she did not speak to me the whole time just received dirty looks for an hour….I asked for volume and curls and she did my hair straight and when I said I asked for curls she sighed and started messing around with her shoulder then touching my hair, multiple time extremely unprofessional.

Through the cut the women were being rude about other client one women they had sent to get her hair washed the other stylist walked over to the women that cut my hair and said ‘I had to put a mask on her hair cause her hair was really dead and dried, then exchanged a look to each other.

We then paid £150 …. And left and I couldn’t get out the door faster I felt so unbelievably uncomfortable. I will...

I would like to start by saying how amazing Giorgia is and what a pleasure is to see her every 6 weeks. The salon is luxurious and all staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. From the minute I entered the first time last January in Patrizia Manais Salon Giorgia greeted me with the most welcoming smile. Her level of professionalism is absolutely incredible she is the best hairstylist I’ve ever been to,and I have tried lots, bear in mind I am blonde and for a perfect blonde colour and a healthy lond hair I needed an artist. That was Giorgia. It’s almost an year and my hair looks absolutely amazing, long,I have the most amazing silver blond colour and I get compliments all the time. honestly she is incredibly talented and extremely good in her profession. Another aspect I love is her warmth and kindness, our conversation are smart and we do laugh a lot too. I am always looking forward to see her. I would never go anywhere else.
