The team - Martin (Manager) and the lovely lady with dark hair are absolutely amazing !

Today I have experienced great, professional and friendly customer service ! The team is a legend and made my day by having the last advent calendar for me with some goodies, guiding me through the range and wrapping everything nicely.

I would strongly suggest going to this Rituals as it is very rare to see people, who are perfectionists in everything they do and just pleasant people to deal with.

5 out of 5 ! I hope they get some recognition from the head office !

Impeccable service from Maria. She seems to be very accurate with her knowledge on offers and products and is very natural with sales. She was very friendly without being too pushy. She made sure that I knew what offers were going on and had great reliable recommendations. She made sure I was notified of all the discounts available. She also added free samples which was so kind of her. I almost forgot that I had initially come in to spend an amount for free parking in Canary Wharf. She had taken note of this and made sure to stamp my parking. An absolute pleasure, Rituals is definitely a brand...

I went into rituals in Canary Wharf looking for birthday gifts. There were to many to choose from. Martin came over to me and asked if I would like any help. He was very helpful as he explained what gifts would be appropriate for the individual person. I was buying for. He was very kind and such a delight to talk to. He was also very respectful and very kind talking to my mum about the products too. I look forward to going back into rituals to buy more products.
