I recently had a disappointing experience with YSL that I feel compelled to share. Initially, I took my bag in for cleaning, and I was informed that the process would take approximately six weeks. However, to my dismay, it ended up taking a staggering three months. This extended delay was frustrating, especially since I had planned to use the bag during that time.
Moreover, I encountered poor customer service from the manager. When I reached out for updates, the responses were unhelpful and dismissive. It was clear that there was a lack of communication and concern for my situation. I expected a higher level of service from a brand like YSL, especially considering the premium prices they charge.
I have also emailed numerous times and did not get any response.
To make matters worse, the manager was also rude to my mum and displayed judgmental behavior. This added to the negative experience and left a lasting impression on both of us. I hope YSL addresses these issues to ensure a more positive customer service experience for all their clients...

The staff was completely discriminatory I'd had over heard the staff talking about me while I was in changing rooms constant snickering as well. Just as I thought it would be fine, turns out the discounted bag has black dirts on the bottom as well as on the top (underneath the chain), and it looks like it has been worn previously (logo inside came off slightly already).
