I had a refrigerator go out and it taken over 3 months to bring back. As of this time they still haven’t returned it.I have called, they say they will call back, they don't, said parts have been there for months, still don't bring back or fix. Didn't offer a used one to use. I just found out they have loaners, I was never offered one, so I buy ice to cool for months 12 dollars every 2 days.Imagine that cost. Still don't care.Called company head, they called Aberdeen, said they definitely had issues and were addressing. Head cheese in aberdeen calls. He is cold and mad said he could offer 100 dollars what trouble i had gone through and ice i bought. I was like what really, then he said ,”well thats what i will do.” you don't have to take it if you don't want, but thats what we will do. Not sorry not any customer or courtesy. We will get your fridge back next week work on it Thursday. Not sorry for taking so long. One of the times I called they said they had 15 machines to do so there was a lot if them. That means they take 3-4 days to do one machine and still haven’t got mine back. I would really consider not doing business or at least warranty work with these guys they don't care about the customer. even though i have spent thousand with them over the years. Ordered a grill on a Monday to be assembled and delivered "later in the week ". Friday and no grill so I called. An hour later I finally got a call back but just more excuses no apologies and most importantly no grill. Frosty day in hell when I buy something from Karl's again. Edit of initial review..not good..didn't receive a new grill. They actually slipped me the banged up display model off the sales floor and didn't even have the pride to clean the dead cricket out of the grease bucket. Update..salesperson called and said that they always give you the item off the sales floor but would be willing to come exchange it for the new one I was told that I was paying for. Bought a washer dryer set 2 weeks before delivering didnt have but 3 weeks and dryer has issues didnt hear back suppose to be fixing now been two weeks and still nothing when u spend 1500 on machines you expect them to last longer than a month wont replace because wanting to wait for parts now I'm stuck with non working dryer until they can figure it out instead of satisfying custom easily could have just brought new unit and refunded back...
