The Fuze — Local services in Aberdeen Township

Not happy with the customer service my husband received today. He was fitted for a Tux jacket and button up shirt awhile back for a wedding and was told to go pick them up the week of the wedding. He picked them up early in the week, and upon picking them up, he tried the jacket on at the store. He felt very uncomfortable, but the employee assisting him told him it was fine. She also told him that he didn't need to try on the shirt. After finding out that two other people in the wedding had the same experience with The Fuze, he tried on the shirt, and it was way too small. Overall problems at this wedding were 3 Tux jackets that were measured completely wrong, wrong sized undershirts, and a bridesmaid dress that had ruffles falling apart. The Fuze refused to make it right with the wedding party, especially with the groom who had to find a jacket somewhere else at the last minute that didn't match, and still had to pay for a jacket he didn't even wear!!! When my husband got there today, the owners mother started chewing him out immediately before he could get a word in edgewise, and blaming the measuring/ordering errors. I was in town and needing a dress. I sent them a message over FB and inquired if I could stop in to which they very quickly replied. I do not remember the name of the lady who helped me but she was amazing. She went above and beyond to help me find a gown that I'd love. She even provided suggestions and wasn't at all pushy or annoyed by my indecisiveness. While I did find a gown, unfortunately it wasn't available in my size and it wouldn't arrive in time for my occasion. I highly recommend stopping by and taking a look. They have a great variety of clothing and some of the friendliest employees/owners. I'm only disappointed that I wasn't able to purchase my gown there. All and all it was an...

I was very very impressed and pleased. The staff was friendly, efficient. I understand there may be times when they are busy, that happens, but they do the best they can. And it’s worth it for me to be patient too. I needed a mother of the bride dress. When I went into the store I was greeted, I was asked questions like where is the wedding, colors, indoor, outdoor etc. they wanted to help me find the perfect dress. It was like the way it used to be when looking for a dress. It was such a nice experience and best of all I found the perfect dress and I will be returning to THE FUSE. Would highly recommend.
