Less than impressed with our bed buying experience. Ordered a bed on 2/29/24. Told it would be delivered within 2 weeks. 3/19/24 still haven’t heard anything so I call. I was told a delivery person would be in touch with me in a few days. Still didn’t hear anything. 3/26/24 I call back, a week later, but had to call Sioux Falls location to get ahold of Aberdeen as their phones were in night mode. Talked to a gal. She would put me in touch with delivery guy. Delivery guy didn’t answer. She said to call back if he didn’t. Called back, to be transferred to yet another delivery guy. He answered and finally got us scheduled for delivery on April 1st. One month later we will finally get our new bed. One heck of a round about with customer service for buying a $3500 bed. Read moreWish the 'terms of sale" (payment methods) would have been clearly posted at the Sale at the DEC. I did not see in the Ad on Facebook, nor when entering the DEC, that payment was check or cash "only". When I stated I was from out of town and didn't have enough cash with me...and I use a debit card so don't carry my check-book with me, the clerk said she could take a card but it was an additional 3% charge.
