I was in the drive thru around 11:45 today. "Lauren" was awesome. She accidentally marked my drink as hot when I ordered iced, but was quick to offer a correction, which I appreciated. However, the older lady (didn't see name) who was making the drink was extremely rude and sparky to both Lauren and to me about having to correct it though. Then when this older lady made the iced drink replacement, I don't believe she gave me ristretto shots that I asked for (didn't taste like it) and she definitely left out the carmel drizzle I'd also ordered with it. I couldn't help but to feel this was intentional.
I usually brush things off and don't give bad reviews for a "bad day," but this older lady has worked there for a while now and I have witnessed her be rude to coworkers and customers every single time I've seen her there . Everyone else is great, so why let her bring down your store and brand by keeping her? But I've gone there a lot less often BECAUSE of the one particular employee.

The staff is always so rude and even when you get a nice associate it's always a forced conversation and they seem scared, like they'll get reprimanded for not having a conversation with you. This most recent visit I ordered through DoorDash as a pick up order and two of the associates acted like I was a horrible person for trying to pick up my order through the drive thru. I tried to how the cashier all the order details and I still had to go inside for the order because it "wasn't ready". I walked in and they immediately handed me my order without checking for the order details. As I walked away I could hear the other baristas apologizing to the barista making the drinks like I made her life hell, God forbid you tell someone your order and say thank you when they hand it over. Do yourself a favor and just go to any other coffee shop in town. The espresso isn't burnt and the baristas will actually talk to you like a decent...

Matcha latte had a thick layer of unmixed matcha and was too sweet, and the dirty chai had no espresso. We went in to get the drinks fixed and the attendant to assist us was Gail. She was immediately condescending, told us that our drink was exactly what we asked for. When we pointed out that the drink was poorly made she suggested a reshake. Originally all I wanted was a new drink but her attitude made us want to leave. I asked for a refund and my friend didn't even bring up the problem with her drink. While the refund was being processed Gail made a point to let us know that she’s been doing this a long time, that they never have to refund drinks.
