Sam's Gift Shop — Local services in Alamogordo

Second time in the smoke shop wasn't as good as the first, nothing is clearly priced in the store and it's very misleading,we went in to buy vape juice and found a flavor that we liked small bottle smaller than the one we bought the first time of cloud nurdz that was priced for 19.99, we were purchasing other items as well and didn't realize when the total came to $57 that it wasn't the other products that we had picked up but it was a vape juice that is $13 priced online but $27 in the store? great selection and the employees are nice but for pricing they definitely don't have the lowest, they also refused to refund or exchange now I'm stuck with a vape juice that is flavored like a fart for 27$

Edit: even tribal vapor sells it 2$ less then this place don't fall for the owners big talk about "lowest...

I bought several pens from here and turns out they either don't have the coils the replacement tanks so I felt forced to buy a different one everytime! I also rested this store due to I asked for a six in nico and ended up being sold a 3. The owner does nothing to try and order what you need for the pen you bought from them just to force customers to buy another. The only good thing about their lack of product is I went to peace out where they treated me kindly and went out their way after listening to my gripe to charge me by prepaid order to get the parts I needed for all the pens I bought from this store . Will no longer be going to buy from here no longer. Gone to peace out...

PRICE GOUGING!!!Shame on you SAM or who ever the owner of Sam's Gift Shop is. I use to go into Sam's to buy Incense and I used to pay $2.00 for a box containing 12 Incense sticks. I went in there the other day and Sam's is now charging $4.29 for the same single box of incense. I went online to Amazon and found a whole case, 12 boxes of incense for $12.00. If you do the math that means Sam's is charging $51.00 a case which has 12 boxes! Trying to get rich off the backs of hard working people! My fiancee and I will never be back to this store! Got to love 300% markup. Get smart people go to Amazon, don't perpetuate Sam's...
