So I’ve had a very mixed impression. I own a landscaping business and came in to have a jacket branded with my company information on it a week ago. The lady who helped me out was amazing, professional and quick. She set up an account for my company to have our uniforms and jackets made along with vehicle stickers. However, the second visit in a different lady was behind the counter. The store was relatively empty. There was one person getting a single shirt made. I inquired on having the vehicle stickers made and was refused service. The lady told me that they are to busy to do a vehicle decal and she would have to work to hard to do it. Then she quoted me $80.00 + tax for each sticker. I can buy vehicle magnets for that price and have them shipped to my address with next day air. I don’t understand how a set of stickers will cost me over $160. I had planned on supporting this local business with $1,000 plus in work. But after today I will be taking my business somewhere else. message to owner: hire better workers. This will end up destroying...

I did not like my hoodie it turned out ugly and the vinyl was scratched and the hoodie had some bad defects, it was dirty and had some of the stitching was ugly, I asked if she could give me a refund or exchange it, or even not give me the full amount I paid for it but she yelled at me and walked away. The hoodie is also $45 for a low quality hoodie. That is 45 dollars down the drain. I had to saved up for months to be able to buy a gift for a friend and now I’m left with 45 dollars left to get my friend a good gift. I’m very disappointed since I have been to this store before. I will never be returning. Ross has better hoodies and you can buy vinyl at Walmart and it will be much cheaper and better quality....

I don’t recommend this place to anybody. Not only was this the worst customer service ever the place was filthy dirty, all the merchandise was dirty, and my items I purchased the logos were crooked. I understand they are trying to make money, but if they took their time and finished with the customer, they’re working with these errors could be resolved, please save your money because not only is it over priced but there’s other independent stores in Albuquerque that could use Your business. Please do yourself a favor and don’t shop here. You should not be told to grab your stuff and leave after you paid $100 for three T-shirts with...
