Was trying on clothes for a concert and then one of the girls working didnāt seem like she even wanted to be there and was extremely rude. We came in about 45-30 minutes before they closed and I wanted to try things on about 20 minutes before closing and when I came out to show my friend the first shirt I had tried one, she told me that the fitting rooms were closing in 5 minutes in a rude tone. Then as I was hurrying to try things on I kept hearing her yell at everyone who walked in the store that they were closing in 10 minutes, mind you I checked the time and it was only 5:42. I didnāt even bother trying everything else on because I was sick of being in there with her bugging everyone just because she was acting like it was inconvenient to do her job. If I could rate 0 stars I would. I donāt like being harassed as I shop, especially when someone sits there and is pestering and rushing people to shop when they still have a decent amount of time. Windsor, please train your employees to have better customer service skills. And to the Windsor employee that I unfortunately had to deal with, if you hate your job so much please quit so some of us can enjoy our shopping...

And i wanted to try on a dress so we both went in to separate fitting rooms and all I hear from my fitting room is someone opening his fitting room door and yelling at him and embarrassing him and he even said āim sorryā to the lady and she still was yelling at him my bf has autism and he didnāt mean any harm to anyone nor was he doing anything wrong but changing his clothes and he was shirt less when she opened the door !!!! He was embarrassed and humiliated and hurt this lady should get fired for this very unprofessional and rude she could have waited till he came out and told him he wasint allowed to do that! However, the employee at the store was curt and not very friendly. The same evening I decided that I didnāt like the dress. The straps were too long and it was poor quality. The next day I took the dress back, it was the same cashier I had the previous day. She didnāt even look at me and I told her I wanted to make a return. She told me to āread the fine printā and saw that I needed to keep the tag. In my opinion the employee I had was rude, she didnāt disclose the night I bought the dress about the return policy, and I had worn it less than 24 hours. The customer return policy isnāt very professional to me, and as a company it should be better disclosed about the return policy or just disclose that dresses and apparel...
