This is the only Starbucks that isn’t in a Target on my way to work so I’m almost forced to go here unless I want to go out of my way. They go through cycles of being great and awful, a few months ago it was a horrid experience..I’d have to order 45mins before I’d arrive and sometimes my order would be ready. Then they were great for a while and the time it said in the app was absolutely accurate. Now it says 2-5mins and I’m having to order almost an ENTIRE HOUR ahead of time then still wait in the crowded lobby for an extended amount of time. There seems to be four people working regularly now and they’re faces I haven’t seen before, during their conversation today two of the employees mentioned they’re used to coming in around 11:30 so they’re not used to the morning rush, which is fine, I get it. But when another customer asked for the approximate wait time (respectfully) the response she got was simply disrespectful with her snapping, “I don’t know” when I’ve witnessed other shops being asked the same question and responding with the number of tickets in front of the order in question. I can’t say if this is a staff or staffing problem, the girls seem to be working as fast as they can so maybe a manager could add another person to help them out a little bit or at least change the time in the app to be accurate, when someone thinks it will only take 5mins they will wait until they’re 5mins away to order which if everyone is doing that it’s bound to become backed up. Be honest and say 20-30mins and maybe the flow would be a little steadier. Just a suggestion from a customer, I can’t say from an employee’s point of view. Read moreI have been working at a school down the street from this store for almost 10 years and I come here every single morning Monday through Friday every school day. I have ordered the same exact drink for the past 10 years -- a grande or venti long shot americano with extra room. Since my building opened back up, I have been coming here and for some reason, one of the baristas who works here has a difficult time understanding the concept of "extra room". Sometimes she fills it all the way to the top with water and other times she doesn't add any water at all. I have shown her that it's simply leaving an inch of room at the top so the espresso does not taste diluted. I have never had any issues with this place until recent. This morning, I came in to pick up my drink and the barista had a cup of hot water and ANOTHER cup of 4 long shots waiting for me so I could pour the hot water myself. I don't know if they were trying to be flippant or if the barista is so incompetent at her job that she doesn't know how to stop pouring water when there's an inch of room left. To make matters worse, the manager Nick? Chris? defended her actions. I still don't understand why any competent barista would do this and think it is okay? If you can't do simple tasks such as pouring water and knowing when to stop then maybe you're working in the wrong place. I will continue to come here in the mornings and continue to order my $3.45 cup of coffee and I will still expect for it to be perfect. Thank you

Read moreI am extremely disappointed in this location again. I have had multiple issues in the past, provided feedback and given them time to improve and yet they still disregard their customers, lack customer service, are extremely slow and careless with their service and products. I waited nearly 40 minutes beyond the estimated pick-up time for 2 drinks. I tried speaking with the staff multiple times to ensure they hadn’t missed my order since they were calling orders with times 10-15 minutes after mine but they didn’t seem interested in trying to help me and just said “yeah it’s coming”. I also tried to let them know they were still accepting mobile orders and was brushed off and told “yeah we know”. When I finally got my order at 10:22 (9:44 estimated time) one of the drinks was made incorrectly and the other was missing and I had to ask for it to be made. I also watched as other customers were brushed off and told “yeah we’re 40 minutes behind” then when one tried to tell them she couldn’t wait any longer because her child was going to be late to their game they told her “oh well it’s in the next few orders and we’re not 40 minutes behind only 20” so after waiting another 5 minutes she left without saying anything.
