Customer service is great. Dressing rooms are always clean considering all of the people who come in there. Clothes are good quality. Shirts dont shrink as quickly as other places and colors dont fade.

The negatives overshadow the positive though. There are probably 4 or 5 brand at the store. If there's more they are dominated by the four or five major ones. Prices are ridiculously high. I saw a summer shirt mind you it's winter for $150. Seasonality doesn't play a role here. Socks were $30. Clearance items dont fare much better. They have the tiers that determine how much to take off. I saw a shirt for $40 but on clearance it would have been $32. Your best bet is to go with the 2 for deals. Unfortunately these deals don't apply to polo or some major brands instead it appears on the harbor bay brands. You can get two shirts for $50.

It’s a nice looking store, but due to the current situation (I suspect) there was only one employee on duty at the time. Since it was my first time in the store, I struggled to find what I was looking for with the lack of help and it extended my time in the store. Once I had my items selected, the very distracted employee over-rang my items. Due to the abominable prices, I didn’t catch it till I was actually looking at the receipt whilst walking out the door. The Vist was great! From the moment I walked in customer service was over and beyond quality I'm use to going into clothing stores. Its alot of down or up time in retail so I understand the lax mood at times in stores but here wasn't the case. Vibrant, helpful, and intuitive to say the least, even with other people in the store I felt like I was the only customer. They had great clothes selection.
