I have been having nearly constant issues with this location and a major issue will all Taco Bell’s in general. This location nearly every time I go there lately, which is usually twice a week, messes something up in my drive through order that was definitely correct on the screen. Then I have to go in and have it corrected. Which lately they have tried to blame me, the customer, with a receipt showing what I wanted and food in the bag the doesn’t match. Also, I was told have had to take it up with corporate to be able to substitute the fiesta salsa for plain tomatoes without paying an additional 35 cents. I am part of the 10% of the population whom cilantro tastes like soap, and so the fiesta salsa ruins the entire meal. It’s less ingredients than the salsa to just give me tomatoes... it should be cheaper. And I’m ordering vegan so I am removing all cheese and sour cream. So in that situation I’m giving them back cost and being charged 35 cents for my meal to not taste like soap. When the restaurant actually has rice to make the power bowl, and the people make it right, and I really want the tomatoes despite my boycot, the veggie power menu bowl modified to be vegan is a yummy fast...
Read moreThis location is absolutely horrible- I hate even going here but it’s so close to were I live and since it was only 10pm on a Friday, I didn’t think there would be an issue but I was wrong. Pulled up to the drive thru and even though there were 5 cars ahead of me I seen the car in front of me pull up to the speaker then immediately pulled off- I pull up and they stated “ They’re are closed cause they ran out of food” this is not the first time this location as just closed at a random time. Whether of not if they ran out of food or not or was just an excuse for them to close - Everyone at this location needs to be fired. You obviously have employees who don’t care or have any leadership here. When you’re suppose to close at 2am but you close a little after 10 cause you’re bout to get a rush. So who ever owns this location or the Area Director needs to come in and clean house - by my count this around the 6-7th time where they have just closed at random times for the same or close to the same excuse - So what they don’t prep enough to get through the night - like 80-90% of your product is in a bag - not like they’re actually...
Read morewent here for lunch, ordered, went to pay, swiped card as instructed, after a few minutes transaction timed out. tried again and again, kept timing out. They said it was their wifi being down. brought my food out and put it on counter as we continued to try to pay. gave up on 7th attempt and left with nothing, didn't get lunch due to time wasted here, had to go hungry. got back to work and checked later in the day to find they DID charge me. called and spoke to manager who said i'd have to go to my bank, get a statement and go through mediation in order to get a refund of my $6. place is a joke. BIG UPDATE: it is now several weeks later and I am so glad I called the taco bell complaint line, they wanted to have a district manager call me back within 3 days. a week later I called back to ask why no one ever called and asked for another call back.
