Terrible Customer Service Experience at Allen location! My recent visit to Kirkland was an absolute nightmare due to the abysmal customer service provided by the store manager, Virginia. From the moment I entered the store, her lack of professionalism was evident as she began speaking to me without even a simple greeting. Not only was Virginia incredibly rude, but she also displayed a shocking ignorance of the store's policies. In fact, her lack of knowledge was so severe that I had to resort to calling the headquarters while still in the store just to clarify certain issues. It's disappointing to encounter such incompetence and rudeness, especially from someone in a managerial position.
