This was one of the WORST experiences I've ever had at this location. I've visited this place many times throughout the years and have NEVER been treated this way. I ordered 2 breakfast combos and the drinks are supposed to be a regular or medium size drinks. Today they gave me a small size while charging me .60 cents extra per drink. Why am I paying extra for a drink that's a size for a kid?! Don't bother calling them or the corporate number because NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE! Never going back to this location the service was poor as trash. I asked the young girl what's going on with the drink size she tells me oh they changed and I'm like to myself....umm no they didn't stop lying! You're being a racist at this point because everyone else after me and before me were receiving a regular size drink. So I go back in to talk to a supervisor or manager. The same girl lies and says oh she's not here. She lied AGAIN! I kept asking for the supervisor because every shift has one. So finally she calls up the supervisor that was sitting in a corner talking and she's just as bad. Mind you they're all Hispanic and I'm black. She walks up doesn't acknowledge me doesn't apologize for the mix up no customer contact. Mind you I'm being polite and nice I smile and spoke and asked how she was doing no response. She asks the girl that served me at the window IN SPANISH what happened but never asked me what happened or what she told me. Then she just gives me the right size cups and said here here. They should've did that at the drive through window instead of lying. I kept my cool and was very polite and kind to them regardless of how they treated me. It's sad you can't even go get food to eat without being mistreated. Jack in the box this needs to me handled they were very unprofessional. If they treat me like this with the drinks I don't know if the food is safe enough to eat! I get home and check the food and the tacos look like someone threw it up WHAT IS THIS!!! Read moreIt takes me a while to write a poor review… it really does. I’ve given this location many chances and have always given the benefit of the doubt. Telling myself.. people are overwhelmed… understaffed… or having a bad day and to try to be understanding, but at some point and clearly after all of the bad reviews these last 3 months you guys have received… there is a problem and management needs to fix it.
Same as some of the customers before me… plenty of times I’ve gotten food and they don’t get it right or forget to add something.
When you ask for something.. I’ve gotten the annoyed face and eye rolls.
Management needs to take a serious look at this location and change some things around. Like I said… I’ve been plenty of times and tried to give them a chance but every time it’s something. Either they get the order wrong, or they have an attitude when you politely ask for something for example ranch etc.
Tonight I ordered the munchie box and one of the things they advertise is the different sauces you can dip your food in. Well I get home and open the box and there is no kind of dipping sauces… nothing.
It would have been nice to know if they were simply out so I could see if I wanted to order something else or stop by to get some dipping sauces somewhere. It’s common courtesy to your clients….. but not being notified then realizing there’s no dipping sauces in the box was my last straw. Get it together guys…
If you don’t like what you do… find a job that motivates you to be great for that company and for its customers. Be courteous to people for crying out loud.
For management… if your employees are burnt out or not qualified please take a second look.

Read moreVery bad customer service from the manager.I ordered some coffees at the drive thru and when we got them one coffee wasn’t filled up all the way. It was only filled up 2/3 and we waited for them to open up to ask them if they could fill it up like the others. We even honked the horn to get their attention but they acted like they couldn’t see us at the window. Then the manager finally opened up so we asked if she could fill it up because it wasn’t full all the way In a polite manner. Then in a very angry tone she told us that she made the coffees and that she had served them full and pretty much accused us of drinking it and wanting a refill. Unfortunately it’s the only jack in the box that is on the way home from work. I love the coffee so I go often. I would like them to improve their customer service because the manager was very rude about the situation. I hope the owner sees this and does something because I’ve seen some other bad reviews about the manager. They also got my order wrong the last time I went there. I had ordered the regular chicken strips and and they gave me the spicy ones and my daughter doesn’t like the spicy ones and I didn’t realize they were the spicy ones...
