A close family member gifted me the Spanish Swirl ring (now retired) when I turned 13, and I have been a lover of James Avery Jewelry ever since. The jewelry truly stands the test of time. I have collected many pieces over the years, and each one is just as brilliant as the day I received it. My most recent gift was the Timeless Charm Bracelet with customized nursing school graduation charms. I used my new nurse paychecks to add more charms to the bracelet. Caroline was especially helpful in this process. She helped me select the most meaningful charms for my bracelet based on the memories I wanted to represent (getting my nursing license, moving to Georgia from Florida, etc.). She also helped me arrange my new charms so that it wouldn’t be too heavy one way or another, or look unbalanced. Her patience and tact are unmatched, and she made my bracelet perfect. She soldered the new charms onto my bracelet and polished the pre-existing charms, and the whole thing took less than two hours. I have to be honest, this store lacks in enthusiasm to help customers when they initially walk in. I’ve had this experience every time I’ve entered the store. There are available clerks behind the counter and it takes minutes before someone comes out to say may I help you it’s almost like it’s forced. I ordered charmes that need to be delivered from Texas. I came here yesterday as a first time customer and I couldn’t have been anymore impressed with not only our purchase of a 14’ box chain for our son (so he could wear his first black diamond cross), but also by the incredible level of service that was provided to us from Olesya.
