Went here to rent to own a TV I put a down payment on it then they said I was approved they will be dropping it off then they never came took my money and never give it back to me at all so I call them to ask them what's going on the lady we are not going to drop it off at all and then she to find my self and then I ask to for my money and she said no you are not getting this back then owner called my kid's the r word and my kids have autism I guess they don't like kids with special needs at all then they told that you not aloud to rent here even though I never rented from this place at all I guess when some one does hang out with people they get put down so I want to qvc they welcome me with open arms been...

Just called the store, and I believe it's was the Assnt. Mangr. In whom I've spoken with. I called to speak to a Hiring Manager, and in retrospect she told me that she was the Assnt. Mangr. and I could could speak to her. During our conversation she rush me off the phone and (there wasn't any other phones in the background roaring) was rude and disrespectful. Amazing company!! My mom has health problems and has to sleep sitting up. She has been using recliners for sleeping for years now and needed a new one. Bought one here straight cash and I just wasn’t right for her so asked about returning or exchange.
