Cook Out — Restaurant in Anderson

Heads up watch worker sweep the floor then the tables and benches with the same 🧹 be careful you would think she could at least wash the table after that disgusting act nope went back to her cash register. So up until last night I would have said cook-out is good well that changed last night around 10:30 ish they forgot to give me a strong from my son's break went to drive through I asked if they chicken strips and french fries she said sometimes not quite sure what sometimes means exactly a child that doesn't eat me so he needs clean oil is he could smell it and taste so I said ok so I got me a sandwich BLT myself and a drink they gave me one straw which meant I would have to go in and get a second straw well I just go wash my hands before I eat because I'm already in here well that was quite an experience the bathroom was completely trashed most the tables were dirty even though that didn't show up in picture very well both the drink dispensers was overfilled with with ice dining room was filthy floor and tables somehow both the ice had been over filled and not cleaned up not sure how it happened probably told want to know anyway I get the straw I go out to the car proceed to think whether I should take pictures and post this so I grabbed my camera go back in take a few go out to the car to eat as I'm sitting there wish I hadn't been so I could have grabbed the phone manager saw me take shows she said her staff to clean up the lady she said me and my son set in shock at what we were seeing this lady takes and sweeps the floor then takes the broom that she had on the floor sweeping sweeps off the bench then she got the table to she finished sweeping the floor in the tables something I never thought I'd say and go straight back to her cashier position I have no ideas for wash your hands I can tell you she didn't sanitize the tables and they wonder why a recent survey said most fast food joints have fecal matter in their kitchens yeah I won't be returning they don't...

First I want to recognize the cashier. I went last night with my daughter visiting from Alabama, my husband and my 2 grands. The cashier was so nice. I asked her name and she said Kanesha. We were there at 10/02 7:35pm. My card kept getting declined for some reason and also I kept changing my order. It was a large one with so many people. She was so patient and nice about it. Most cashiers would had rolled their eyes or looked annoyed. She didn’t at all. So I want you to know how great she was. The food was also sooooo good. It was hot and delicious. And the milkshakes…wow!! Even though it was a large order and we kept changing our minds, it was 200% accurate. Amazing and thank you!! So the only reason I’m not giving a 5 star is GUYS YOU GOTTA DO SOMETHING ABOUT YOUR PARKING LOT! It was almost impossible for us to get out. Now that you have a double drive thru, you have to go out the entrance and it was blocked because the traffic was lined out to Clemson Blvd. We DID try to go out the drive thru way but there wasn’t even an inch to get through. And it was a Sunday. Not even a busy day. I can’t imagine Friday or Saturday night. That issue alone makes me not want to do indoor dining ever again at this location. Until it’s fixed I’ll have to do...

Shout out to cook out for being open during the pandemic and making sure people can get an affordable meal. Thank You! When visiting remember they are stressed too!

Fast Forward spring is here and they added another lane. I’m not sure when but I’m sure most people will agree that the amount of lanes will not matter. Well unless you set the goal of confusing orders and slower drive through times. It really matters if customer retention is your goal because once I found someone that would let me back out of the drive through me and several other people in line well over 10 minutes left. This process complicated by an unclear second lane and no good exit other than back through the traffic trying to get in the lot. This has basically disabled all parking and made walk up traffic from a parked car impossible to get in and out. It’s simply better to go anywhere else despite the good food. Sorry but I can’t in good faith recommend entering your lot for any reason it’s now accidents waiting to happen. Ps the new signs arrow faces the wrong way and takes up more unavailable parking maneuvering space. Wow...
