I simply have to share my absolutely delightful experience with Crumbl Cookies! From the moment I placed my order, I knew I was in for a treat, but what truly elevated the experience was not just the incredible cookies, but the phenomenal customer service.

Let's talk about the cookies first. Oh. My. Goodness. Crumbl cookies are not just cookies; they are a revelation! Each one is a work of art, perfectly baked with that ideal balance of crispy edges and a soft, gooey center. The flavors are always so innovative and exciting, making every weekly visit (or delivery!) an adventure. They arrived perfectly packaged, looking just as scrumptious as they do in pictures, and tasted even better. Seriously, if you haven't tried them, you are missing out on pure cookie bliss.

Now, for the customer service that truly blew me away. I had ordered a cookie cutter along with my delivery, and upon opening my package, I realized it was missing. A little disappointed, I reached out to Crumbl. To my pleasant surprise, an employee named Jack personally contacted me. He was incredibly understanding, apologetic, and genuinely committed to making things right. His proactive and kind approach turned a minor hiccup into an opportunity for Crumbl to shine even brighter.

This experience solidified my love for Crumbl Cookies. It's rare to find a company that excels in both product quality and customer care, but Crumbl, thanks to employees like Jack, does just that. The inside is SUPER clean. I will say, for as cute as they seem online, the experience was a bit impersonal. They have a little display with the cookies of the day available as you come in. You're supposed to go in one of the lines on the right to a kiosk and order on the screen. You have the order option of 1, 4, 6, etc. and then once you decide on the amount of cookies you would like it allows you to select the flavors. The prices seem a bit high, but they are rather large cookies. I'd say 1/4th of the cookie is the portion of a normal cookie. The chocolate chip is good but not amazing. Maybe it's because we ate them later after they had cooled. The birthday cake one was really good, but mostly because of the icing more than the cookie itself. It's better than store bought cookies. I love Crumbl. My favorite Crumbl cookie is the French Toast cookie. I voted for the French Toast Cookie to be the limited time return customer pick. It was supposed to be there today, 10/16/2024. I was busy all day, and my boyfriend went to pick it up for me at 8:39pm (the location doesn't close until 10:00pm), and they were somehow out of the French Toast cookie. The app said it wouldn't be available again for 80 more minutes (when the store closed) and it was a one-day only return. I am angry and frustrated. I rarely try to be a Karen; I work in foodservice and I understand that things don't always work, but it sounds ridiculous that they told my boyfriend that the only French Toast cookie had been there since Monday since the app said it was a one day only return.
