Welcome Home Annapolis — Local services in Annapolis

I had been on a search for a Carbon Steel Pan and had looked at a few different stores from Williams Sonoma to Sur La Table and even a few local stores in the Bay Area. The stores all had the specific item I was looking for, but I was on a hunt for the best price (including shipping). I came across Welcome Home and I saw the Pan I wanted was available for $5 less than what I had seen in other stores with comparable shipping.

I immediately jumped on this opportunity and purchased the product. However, the pan I received was the incorrect model. I reached out right away to their customer service e-mail. Within minutes I was on the phone with the owner herself! She had already started the process to remedy the issue, and provided a very sincere apology.

I was amazed with the timely customer service and generosity that was shown to me. I had been so used to working with big retailers through chat portals with automated answers. This experience made me appreciate the personal touch you get while working with actual people who have invested into their own business.

Going forward I will continue doing business with Welcome Home and recommend them to my friends and family!
