Me and my mom went into this store on a whim when we were exploring Annapolis. I’m so glad we did. There’s so much variety and styles that are offered. There’s something for everyone depending on your budget. The staff were/still are extremely friendly. Now that I’m back in PA, I’ve bought from their online shop multiple times and each time, the process has been smooth and not a single item has arrived damaged. They pack everything with care for shipping. The only thing I will mention is that sometimes the website understandably overestimates shipping costs (which have been partially refunded to me via the shop calling me) so don’t hesitate to order if you see something you love! Wow I’m not sure what is better. The pottery in the store or the people who work there. The Annapolis Pottery store will go to any length to help their customers. I went in this fabulous store last week and bought a plate for a friend as her Christmas gift. After I mailed it out to her someone stole it from her porch. In a panic, I called the store and a wonderful employee Kay helped me secure a new one and even shipped it out for me. My friend got it the next day and loves it.
