I bought a pant online and wanted to return it. I went to the store at 2 pm and their hours “are” 10 am-8 pm”, however they closed the store with a paper sheet saying they’ll be back in 30 min. Making me waste 30 min of my time. I tried doing the return and the employee Skylyn (ID# 236023) said she wasn’t able to do it because I didn’t have a paper receive even though I placed the order ONLINE!!!! I’d the order # and wasn’t “enough”. I stepped outside the store, called customer service, they send me another receive and told me to go in and try to make the return again. I went inside and the employee said “her system was old and didn’t work for certain orders”, she said she was gonna “try to see if it works”. She asked me for my ID because she wanted to confirm “I WAS LEGALLY MYSELF”, then asked for my cc and made me sign the return receipt! The front desk lady said it is absolutely impossible to return without a recipt and that the computer cannot search a payment with my card because "They dont have that feature".
