My recent visit to Panera Bread left me thoroughly impressed with their delectable offerings and impeccable service. I indulged in a trio of mouthwatering delights, each one surpassing my expectations.
Firstly, the Turkey Bacon Bravo Sandwich was a symphony of flavors. The succulent turkey, crispy bacon, and tangy Gouda cheese harmonized perfectly, while the signature sauce added a delightful kick. Nestled between slices of freshly baked bread, every bite was a testament to Panera's commitment to quality ingredients and culinary excellence.
Next, the Green Goddess Crab Salad was a refreshing revelation. The generous portion of lump crab meat combined with crisp greens and vibrant vegetables was elevated by the creamy, herbaceous Green Goddess dressing. It was a light yet satisfying option, perfect for those craving something nutritious and flavorful.
Finally, the Roasted Turkey Avocado B.L.T. was a true masterpiece. The combination of tender roasted turkey, creamy avocado, crispy bacon, and juicy tomatoes created a symphony of textures and tastes. With each bite, I savored the perfect balance of savory and fresh flavors, making it a standout choice among sandwich aficionados.
Throughout my experience, the service at Panera Bread was exemplary, with staff members displaying warmth, efficiency, and a genuine passion for ensuring customer satisfaction. The atmosphere was inviting and conducive to both casual dining and focused work sessions.
In conclusion, Panera Bread continues to impress with its diverse menu, attention to detail, and commitment to providing wholesome, flavorful meals. The customer service isn't bad, but they really could use some coaching. I ordered through the app- which I would encourage everyone to get because unbeknownst to me I had coupons! $5 off coupons, and I've only gone to Panera like maybe twice, but that was a long time ago. As I walked in I was greeted, there was a woman in front of me not sure how long she had been standing there, but no one asked us if we needed help or said I'll be with you in a moment. I was on a 30 min lunch break after missing breakfast so I was in a major time crunch and I was hungry. I just so happened to look around for help after waiting for at least 5 min on where to get my food. Although I was greeted it really could've saved me some time if someone just asked me how can I help or something! The employees were more focused on their leisure time I guess because the restaurant wasn't busy. When I grabbed my food from where you pick up after ordering through the app there were about 3-4 employees chit chatting and just standing there. It didn't bother me too much, but again would've saved me some time because my job is at least 8 min away and it was 6'o' clock and I was starving! Honestly, if I had not ordered from the app I probably wouldn't return to this location because I...
Read moreI went to Panera Bread’s drive-thru on Cooper in Arlington today around 1pm. It’s been a while since I’ve been there. One of my former employees suggested I try the Blueberry Lavender Lemonade, so that’s what I ordered first. I also asked to order a side of Green Goddess salad dressing.
The lady at the speaker told me I couldn’t order it unless I also ordered food. I said, “Well, I ordered a lemonade.” She replied that it had to be a food item, because she couldn’t sell me a side of dressing. She explained that if I ordered a salad or sandwich, then she could give me the dressing on the side for free.
I told her I wasn’t asking for anything free, I was completely willing to pay for it. I asked again if I could just order a side of dressing, and she said she didn’t have a button to ring it up. When I asked for a manager, she told me she was the manager and that her name was Destiny. At that point, I just thanked her and drove off.
I don’t understand how a salad and sandwich place can’t sell a small 1–2 oz cup of dressing. Is that really valid? Is your POS system truly set up this way, or was the manager not trained properly? It doesn’t seem worth losing a sale (and now receiving a bad review) over something so simple. I definitely would’ve been a returning customer, but this experience turned me off....
