Goodcents — Restaurant in Arnold Township

I recently visited Goodcents and, unfortunately, my experience wasn't up to their usual standards. When I first entered the store, it didn't seem like anyone was working until one of the staff appeared to take my order.

The floors were dirty, the trash cans were overflowing, and the area behind the counter was quite messy.

The employees seemed uninterested in their work.

After serving customers, they would retreat to the back room instead of cleaning up the store.

The sandwiches were assembled sloppily and didn't have the quality I've come to expect from Goodcents.

This visit was disappointing because I've had better experiences here in the past.

I'm not sure if the issues stem from management or other factors, but I hope they address these problems soon to restore their usual level of service...

Super duper late on this, life is crazy but...

A few weeks or so back, me and the fiance came in there and we're left just as mind boggled as we were highly impressed and content...

Younger generation of workers with that older generation work style and manners. They were the furthest thing from moody and present for the $$... Offered suggestions, made sure we got the best deals available, super engaging and just... Mega great vibe to be around, and yeah. I was blown outta the water. Dunno if the managers are beating them(kidding) or just extremely lucky to have such potential and great people on his payroll .. irregardless, cherish them and give them all raises. They definitely don't come like this often, especially these days!

I’ve been to other goodcents and it’s always been awesome. This one though lost me at square one. Such a little quantity of meat, bacon wasn’t put on a sandwich that comes with bacon, and the bread was stale. I understand mistakes are made, but this was pathetic. Someone picked up my bread and thought “this isn’t bad”...WRONG! Someone put 6 slices of meat on a 16” sub and thought “that should be enough”...WRONG!
