Starbucks — Restaurant in Arnold Township

UNPROFESSIONAL the website clearly says opens at 8am. The girl working was annoyed that I stopped in on my way to work. I stood at the counter for 5 mins waiting to be served thankgod a Target employee noticed me just standing there not being helped and she asked the rude starbucks employee what time she would be opening and she responded "eventually" then when asked again she said around 9 MAYBE. It's sad you can't make a cup of coffee while your opening up a coffee shop. I love this Target but I do not recommend...

Recently stopped to get two coffees while shopping. The three young ladies working were incompetent to say the least. I placed my order and waited and waited. They spent a good amount of time discussing their antics from the previous night, then proceeded to give orders to not one but two other customers (teens) who came in after. They not only had to ask me what I had ordered but proceeded to get it wrong. Needless to say the lady waiting with me was disgusted as well...

There is one particular lady here that is always extremely rude to my S/O and I. I assume because we had a misunderstanding about why he couldn’t use his free drink from signing up for rewards (because apparently you can’t use those at a Starbucks inside target). But this was over a year ago, we have always been friendly and still get poor customer service to this day. Completely...
