I love. This. Store . You. Get. A bang for. Your. Buck! They. Have. So many perks. That. It keeps a customer coming. Back . I m. New. On a telephone. And as u can tell my phone. Capitalizes. And adds. Periods. Wherever. It. Wants to. ! I. Have the kohls app . But I couldn't get to my kohls. Rewards. To see how. Much free $ I had. To spend. So. I ask a busy. Super nice. Lady in shoe. Dept. If she could please. Help me. She. Did. And. She. Called. 2 other. Employees to the shoe dept to help with my phone !!! What store. Would ever do that for a customer??? I believe. His name. Is. Justin. , super nice,, respectful. And so kind. To. Get. All. Info. Into. My telephone. And. This very tall. Amazing. Young. Man. Got. It all straightened. Out on the app. In. Ny. Phone. I had. $83. To spend. Free. From prior purchases.!!! You will hear Alot. Of. People. Say , "oml! I'm. Hooked. On Kohls!" Once. U start. Shopping. There. U will realize. Why!! All the perks. And some. Great employees! My. Experience is at the Arnold. Kohls. Store. All the. Managers. Employee ive ever. Dealt with are all the. Same!! Super. People!...

Always liked Kohl's but I always forget about them for some reason. They have a good selection of a bunch of everyday household and non household items. People are always friendly, and they all do the Amazon drop off which is extremely nice, along with that I always have a great discount for you ( pretty much just walking through the door to get you some sort of discount usually) The Ks cash reward system is pretty amazing if you shop there frequently. You can literally get an item for everyone in your family boy girl adult child grandparents. And it's only forgot it was my first job ever.

FYI not the reason for the rating for the comments I was in high-school & work there for maybe 3 weeks and then I got my mom and sister a big discount percentage for Black Friday. )Way back when you had to either had to tent outside the doors and /or wake up at 4am to hit all thegood sales that day. And if you worked in retail then pretty much had to work at least two days of the weekend back to back and usually you got no sleep and b4 cyber Monday was a thing. I didn't love Kohl's, I seldom find anything there that I don't find overpriced and it's usually difficult to find a customer service rep on the floor to help HOWEVER, last week I accompanied my daughter, she needed to make an even exchange. A young lady, a cashier named Megan/Meghan COMPLETELY changed my point of view. While she had no customers in her line, she greeted us as we came in the door, offered immediately to help. I glanced over at the two or three women AT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK who were carefully avoiding eye contact for fear we'd approach THEM with our simple exchange. Megan was absolutely delightful, as she had no customers, I chatted with her while my daughter went to get the correctly sized item. She did not ignore me, didn't push me away, my daughter's transaction was completed quickly, effortlessly and with a smile and wishes for a great day. Huge props to Kohl's for having a...
