If i could rate it 0 I would . Terrible customer service that I happened to experience twice . First I was exploring downtown myself and looking for aq little gift for a friend. The lady who worked there was VERY RUDE and touched up every item after I looked at and wanted to see close. Second time I was with my 2 years old son who loves Maileg mice and has almost the whole collection, I knew that is the only local store selling them and went there to surprise my little one with another little mouse. However as we started to look through the shelves that lady immediately came to us and “ that’s not for playing, it’s for selling . They are expensive you know”. They have basically the same stuff I've seen in every boutique in the downtown of every major city (expensive greeting cards, candles, etc) except there are some things that say Asheville like coasters and stuff.
