Our experience with Keith Moon of One Touch AVL has been exceptional. My husband and I purchased a condo in Asheville days before Helene hit. Efforts to get things set up in our new home was difficult due to the timing. Keith answered his phone (a big thing at the time!) and met with us to discuss our needs within a week’s time. We are not particularly “tech savvy” but Keith listened and then explained what he thought would work. It all made sense and did not give us any concern that he was overselling. He then promptly provided a reasonable proposal and has installed everything. Doing testing during setup, he could tell that the Wi-Fi would be unsatisfactory and suggested some additions to the original proposal. All since completed to our satisfaction. Keith was super knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. I was able to communicate what my end goals were with the Ring security system and he made both product and location recommendations based on those goals, as well as what he thought made the most sense for our business. He communicated consistently and was attentive with every detail with our Ring install.
