I had a very disappointing experience at Aerie with the store manager, Casey. I came in to return a shirt, and when the tag had fallen off in the bag (placed there by the associate who rang me up), Casey refused to even look at my return. Instead of trying to resolve the situation, she accused me of intentionally removing the tag without damaging it — which was both insulting and unprofessional.
Mistakes happen, and I understand store policies exist, but the way Casey handled this was completely unacceptable. A manager should lead with respect and problem-solving, not accusations. As a loyal Aerie customer, this experience left me feeling disrespected and unwelcome, and I will seriously reconsider shopping here...
Read moreToday we took our clients today we was going to purchase few shirts and couple hoodies and we asked if they had 3x in the hoodie he said we have to order online wasn’t rude at all and there was a younger boy and girl that was working me and my coworker over hear the young girl say omg they are rude I’m not checking them out then we go to checkout the young boy said sorry we aren’t taken care at this time only cash our clients uses cards so we didn’t have cash so I’m unsure why the workers was so rude but don’t need to work in retail with that...
