My recent experience was awful. I purchased few coats with amount of $1083.16, cashier told me that my card was declined so I gave them other card. But end up got charged twice. Called owner she said she couldn’t help. So I’m dealing with the bank right now. This is not the worst. Susie’s keeps charge me every 2 weeks for 1083.16 on my card which they told me was declined. It’s not cool to leave your customer in this situation and not willing to fix.

Wasn’t able to reply your message Marley. My husband will call you tomorrow. And please check to see why I got charged on 12/21/2023 one more time of 1083.16 while I’m outside of country. Plus 12/06/2023 Visa charge is handling by Chase right now. Merry Christmas and unfortunately I had to handle this on my Christmas.

Used to really like selling clothes and buying. But now everyone is just rude. And they actually lost a coat that they just couldn’t find. I brought clothes in end of May and they said come back in June. You get everything ready and show up on a day when you have time in between your 3 jobs and they say “no sorry we are too full”. What’s the point of being a consignment store if you don’t have time to take consignments? They need a better system —They write on index cards instead of a computerized system (this is 2024) so you get a receipt or an itemized list of what you have in store and what it’s priced at. I have been coming here every single time I'm in town but will never be back. At best the staff seemingly tolerate you, at worst they LITERALLY force open the bathroom door on you when you walk into it assuming it's available for use with the door open and light on. I'm so very sorry that with the door completely open I hadn't seen your no public restroom sign at the top of it. But clearly, having your staff force the door open after I went in and closed it was definitely the right call to make.
