I usually have an excellent experience with UPS, but the Aspen circuit is quite difficult. Specifically a man named Fisher who cannot use communication skills and continuously hangs up on customers. I scheduled a pick up on a Friday with directions to pick up by the garage and call upon arrival. The garage is just to the left of the front door. UPS never showed Friday, Monday or Tuesday. I finally am able to speak with Fisher and he does not have any solutions except that the driver went every day and didn’t see any packages. There have been people at the house all day every day and never saw a UPS truck. If the driver is going to the wrong house or is confused, they should call, but no one has. I was really surprised about how he packed those stuff. it can ripped off during the transferred or something. back to my story, i gave him 3 packages and labels, he got everything and said "all set" after he done labeled on my 2 of packages( not the 3rd one) so i left.
