We recently had some issues with equipment.. Brent was our Tech again this time and AGAIN.. he went above and beyond!!! Prompt, professional and fixed the issues quickly and completely!!!!! The call center representatives at Vyve are almost always amazing.. but our local guys are FANTASTIC!!!!! Said it before.. saying it again.. wish every company followed their example for GREAT customer service! THANK YOU VYVE.. THANK YOU BRENT!!!!
ANOTHER NEW opportunity to comment on how AMAZING Vyve employees are... my recent encounter started with a call to an agent at the call center.. who went above and beyond to assist me.. THANK YOU ALAN!!!!! He scheduled our upgrade and the Tech came on time, was VERY professional, quick, efficient, polite, patient.. he didn't leave until he was SURE I was connected and everything was up and running properly... THANK YOU MATT!!!!!!!
It would NOT allow me to post a NEW review so I have to amend a previous one..... We were experiencing some issue with WiFi.. BRENT was the tech they sent to our rescue... He went ABOVE and BEYOND (seems to be a 'thing' with this company :) ) and checked EVERY possible tech thing he could check...he was courteous, patient, knowledgeable, thorough and did not leave until he was SURE that he had done ALL that he could do and the issue was FIXED!!! I wish EVERY business had customer service as AWESOME as my local Vyve!!! Randy and Kevin went above and beyond to assist me when i had to exchange my modem.... I didn't know what to ask.. or what to do.. and they professionally .. eagerly.. patiently volunteered ALL the information I needed and made sure I knew what to expect, what to do, and what else they could do for me in the future. A++++++ In addition to the gentlemen at my local office... i must say that Vyve has THE best customer service across the board.... In the past week i also had to contact Tech support.. I am not sure of the young man that helped me but he too was AMAZING ... then after I the modem was exchanged , I called back to reset password and spoke with yet another WONDERFUL agent.. I believe her name was Millie.. but NOT sure... all i know , is that she too was FANTASTIC!!!! Read moreThis is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Our wifi has been cutting out every 5 minutes (literally), and I've spent the last 3 weeks calling Vyve's technical support to get it fixed. It has been numerous weeks of playing phone tag, customer service constantly telling me they're going to get it fixed, but they're not. Two months ago, I got upsold to a faster plan, being told that would fix the problem. It didn't. Our wifi is so spotty that I don't even end up using it, I'm just using my hotspot 24/7. There's absolutely no point in having wifi this terrible. And I'm paying even more now because they upsold me to a higher plan on the false promise that that would fix my wifi when it didn't. I want a refund for the last 2 months (at least) of service. This has by far been the worst customer experience I've ever had. Read moreI initially gave 5 stars because they fixed the problem of my internet working incorrectly. It was whoever installed the cables to the house put the the wrong splitters on not rated for those cables or something? Idk that is what the tech told me. Anyways my internet has been working great then. The company not so much. I just received the email for my first bill, what initially should be around 39 dollars for 300mbps it was 82 dollars. Apparently they charged me for a service call to fix the internet I'm already paying for. Then proceed to tell me they credited 7dollars for a service outage. That doesn't help with the 40 odd dollars they charged me for them to fix the internet which was there fault for installing the wrong equipment on the house in the first place!
