Chile these folks have been giving me and my mom the run around for months. They deactivated her insurance claiming she didn't pay then apologized and admitted that all payments were there and someone made an error. The problem is we're on a policy together and her "lapse" caused my discounts to fall off and my bill was almost double the regular amount. Then my so called agent Tiffany who never answers the phone and gets back to me when she says she is says just pay it and we'll "credit" you back..... ABSOLUTELY NOT! 2 months later Bill still isnt fixed...its actually even higher. Tiffany still hasn't called back (she was supposed to call on Jan 31st but I knew that wasn't going to happen) Never got the zoom link for my so called Meeting with Angie that was supposed to take place 1.5 weeks ago.... suffice to say they are a HOT MESS... We've been with them for years and within the last 1 - 1.5 years they have COMPLETELY FALLEN OFF. Do not get your insurance here... we might be stuck with them but you can still save yourself by going elsewhere for car insurance.
UPDATE: Bill still is NOT fixed. Currently sitting at a ridiculous $573..nearly TRIPLE what it's supposed to be. This problem has been ongoing since DECEMBER 2023...IT IS NOW APRIL 2024. State Farm doesn't even bother reaching out anymore. Mark my words this agency is headed for the gutter. Doubt it'll be open in the next 2yrs. Looks like all their employees are jumping ship, understandably so. Only ones left are these new employees in way over their head, who don't know how to get anything done so they just do nothing.
Also found out this misrepresented a hit and run on my account, listing it as an at fault claim. I asked for it to be fixed and for my Letter of Experience to be emailed to me.... Do you think that happened? NO
I'm embarrassed and frustrated to still be associated with this office. Just get your...
Read moreMalik, the agent that oversaw our policy, was exceptional. He was quite easy to talk to and rapport was established very quickly. Malik addressed and answered all of our questions and concerns. The most important thing we appreciated is that he was transparent and upfront with pricing. In addition, he was professional and courteous, and his knowledge of Insurance is evident. Thank you, Malik you made our day! EH, DA, and TA
March 12, 2024 is my birthday and it is with some regret I will have to retract the above review because Malik did a great job. My insurance with State Farm is scheduled to be canceled tomorrow because underwriting came back after the deal was made and money paid to inform me of the cancellation because of the roof after-the-fact needed repair. The problem is there was no warning or time given to me to repair the roof so that we could continue to maintain the policy. The roof was replaced on 2/26/2024, a high quality roof with warranties etc. by a very reputable company. The gutters are being scheduled for replacement as well. UNFORTUNATELY, my experience have been mixed with State Farm because of the roof issue. The fact is that (insurance companies) have the ability to gather satellite information and use other sources including coming to your home to verify the home’s condition of your home. Based on this information perspective customers can be charged higher premiums or policy cancellation as mine. I told the account manager, essentially I didn’t need a dime from them and that I had no intention to file a claim for the roof. It was on my to do list as I have done major home projects already on this house with permits and receipts collaborating. By the way, those upgrades were of major importance with the other companies. Well, the good thing is we are insured with a great homeowners company at a much, much,...
Read moreUpdate- June 2025: I just want to add that I have transitioned to being a homeowner and I also moved my car insurance over to State Farm in the couple of years that I have been with Angie Sue. I got a phone call yesterday to tell me that my one of my policies had a significant DECREASE in rate. I was convinced I was hearing the message wrong. I had to ask them to repeat the message before comprehending they were telling me I was saving a lot of money on the renewal! I still highly recommend Angie Sue‘s office. ——— I'm a regional property manager for a major firm that builds, owns, manages and operates mid and high rise apartment buildings. Recently, I got to see first hand the consequences of a tenant who didn't have enough renter's liability insurance to cover the damage they accidentally caused. I would not advise trying to hang a TV on top of a fire sprinkler line, but I was shocked to realize it was actually an easy mistake that could happen. It caused me to reevaluate my own level of insurance, because I realized I could easily have accidentally done something similar and you just don't get how expensive cleaning up fire and water damage can be in a multifamily building. Angie and her team are local neighbors in my community, and so I quoted an increased policy with her team and it was way better coverage than I had before for a very reasonable price. It was a great decision. Angie and her team are so proactive and responsive (Thank you Tiffany!). I hope I never need them. But if I do I know they will be there. Now go buy your renter's insurance policy and pay the few extra dollars for...
