The biggest scam and waste of money. They market like they care, and then when you have a bad experience, they do not hold up to their promise to refund you the correct amount. Several employees within this company quoted me 3 drastically different prices for my one session. There is zero price transparency on what services actually cost at this company. When an employee incorrectly quotes you, the company takes zero accountability. In the end, I was charged a false membership fee, which a corporate employee acknowledged as incorrect and still charged to me (See the photo attached, where Brian admits to the incorrect membership fee within one of the quotes I received). For one service, I was charged 1400+ for a few body areas of laser that did not even work. Additionally, talking/emailing with a corporate employee, Brian D., was a nightmare and the most unprofessional interaction I’ve ever had with a company. Save your money and go to a local med spa in the Atlanta area. I got a way better deal to do 8 sessions of a full body for less than one ineffective treatment at LaserAway. (I already did a session with the local med spa and saw a dramatic difference in hair loss.) Do your research. You’ve...
Read moreI really regret going here. Prices are very high, and employees use high-pressure sales tactics that felt like I was buying a used car. Unfortunately, I fell for it, and bought a lip and chin package. It wasn't effective at all, and when I asked repeatedly for help, I was told, at first, the solution was to buy another package! When I persisted, employees gave me a 1-800 number to call (corporate customer service), telling me no one at the location had any authority or expertise to help me. I understand results vary, and it's my bad luck, but I paid ONE THOUSAND dollars for something I should have paid less than $300 for at a much better locally-owned establishment with an owner-operator who could actually talk to me like human being. (I eventually went to Skinsations, and they are amazing.) If you want to be treated like a number and overcharged, while super cheerful employees shower you with compliments, this is your spot. If you want quality care and effective laser treatments at reasonable prices, go elsewhere. Even better, buy an at-home laser for a few hundred bucks and skip these appointments all together (also did that and very pleased with...
Read moreTheir sales system is quite difficult to navigate. They don't post prices on their website and make you sign up for a phone call with a sales consultant instead. Different consultants tell you different prices and it essentially depends on how well you can bargain and is very confusing overall. The website says they have discounts up to 70% now and they have this spin-the-wheel discount button on their web page. When I pressed it, it said I'll get a 50% discount, but the sales rep on the phone said she'll give me a 15% discount, after I asked her about that. They throw a bunch of random numbers and packages at you at a pretty fast pace on the phone and all that is so confusing and unnecessary, mixed with some pretty aggressive psychological sales techniques. Also, I think they increase the price before giving you a "discount" and do a whole bunch of other unnecessary marketing tricks. And when you try to figure their pricing out, the sales rep starts giving you the attitude. It was when she told me "Love, do the math with me", that's when I just figured it would be easier to get laser done elsewhere than deal with this chaos altogether and stopped...
