The good is that they have a lot of really creative vegan options. I make a point to stop in whenever I'm at Curb Market or happen to be at Piedmont Park. I like how the menu changes seasonally. The pistachio steamer and vegan shakes are my favorites.
However, you can't redeem the rewards you earn at the Curb Market location at the Midtown location. I tried to redeem a birthday reward, but that couldn't be done. The worker, who was very nice, called someone and put them on speakerphone. The person on the phone said that the locations don't use the same POS, and I would end up "redeeming" my birthday reward twice. This was on Black Friday (today), and the problem was that Curb Market was closed on Black Friday. So, I had gone out of my way to patronize the Midtown location (by bus, by the way). They were going to offer me a coconut cluster instead, but I wanted the $5 off my drink. So I walked out. Very disappointed that instead of just giving the $5 off my drink, I get a sob story...

Not a huge deal, at least we didn't get charged extra, but it might be good for the employee to confirm with the customer on the size before start scooping out the gelato to ensure the communication and order is clear.
Overall, we love the flavors we got! (Lemon basil and pear) Based on the flavors you picked, they know which one is the stronger/dominating flavor, so they will put it as the bottom scoop.
We will recommend and will revisit when we are...
Read moreWhat a disappointment. Was excited to stop by as I have a dairy allergy and all of their ice creams are dairy free. We tried a couple samples, and all of them had great flavor, but the textures leave some room for improvement. I got a single scoop of lychee in a sugar cone, and it was very icy throughout, which is not what I want from a “gelato.”
In total we got two single scoops which are supposed to be $4.75 each. I ended up being charged $15.04 total somehow? While the server was ringing us up, the owner came over and told the server that she didn’t make my scoop correctly. She took it back from me and showed the server how to remake it. Just an awkward and poor...
