Let me start with the staff. The greeting was absolutely warm and inviting, clean facility very well spoken team members. Explained the process. Made it simple to understand and reasonable expectations. Very accommodating. All in all, just a great experience! So because my five-star review was based on my experience with the staff, I will change that to 3 because I just had horrific conversation with the owner! My views of the owner of the establishment have greatly changed. I travel from East Cobb Marietta where there is an icebox location conveniently located minutes from my home ,but I decided to come to midtown because this is where I had my first encounter with Icebox. This visit was to purchase products for ice therapy on my shoulders was given a price that included a 20% discount upon arrival. I did have to wait because they were extremely busy and the young lady did a phenomenal job managing the flow of traffic all by herself! When it came to make my purchase, I was informed that I would not get the 20% discount but only 10 which I declined a representative suggested, Maybe we can speak with the owner of the establishment. Once again reaching out to the owner the second time the owner felt itwas important for him to explain everything over to me once again, which personally is extremely annoying as if one misunderstood what was simply explained about the 20% discount. The owner went on to highlight someone may have misunderstood what was stated. As I went on the praise. The associate who was there doing a fabulous job he pretty much cut me off with. Yeah yeah yeah yeah she she's good The fact that he cut me off after praising one of his associates I knew who I was dealing with because the individual totally disregarded, the fact that I am working to become a loyal customer because not only was I coming to pick up these products but I was also coming to join as a member. So instead of finding a way to keep me as a long time customer so I can tell all the medical and health care professionals and gym members that I work with and work out with my experience at icebox. He just totally disregarded me as a customer and didn't even want my money at all. So I left without making the purchase and also without becoming a long time customer the way business is practice today.🤔 I cannot understad. I guess I'm not his type of customer. So the experience that you get with amazing women that work in this facility will be by far better than anything that represents the owner! I think these individuals show up and perform at the level that they do because they value who they are. That says a lot about them has nothing to do with the owner. Read moreIf I could rate this Icebox Cryotherapy more than five stars I would. Starting, from the beginning, over the Labor Day weekend I had a bad fall and bruised and cracked some ribs. Since I have done this several times before I knew it would take about a month and a half for recovery. If any of you have experienced any bruised or cracked ribs you will know that you cannot sneeze, or cough, or take any deep breathes without experiencing excruciating spasms and pain for close to a month or more.
Fortunately, a friend of mine had heard about this therapy several blocks away from where I live called IceBox Cryotherapy. Without even hesitating I jumped at the chance to experiment to see if this would help the information to my ribs. I really had nothing to lose. What transpired from that point on was simply amazing. They were upfront and honest and tell me would probably take for five maybe six sessions in the full body therapy before I could feel any relief. After a week and a half and five sessions later my spasms and pain we’re gone in the inflammation surrounding my ribs. I was extremely excited even though the bone itself had to heal the inflammation was gone. It is nonevasive cold therapy which helps in pain management and recovery and much more.

Word of advice always greet guest if they haven't been there unless you are sure you know them as clients.. The staff at the new location friendly but I literally went through this whole session just assuming what to do...
