Excellent, 10/10. I cannot say enough good things about Artisan Beaute.
I am a licensed esthetician and moved to Chattanooga, Tennessee from Washington, DC a little under a year ago. I’ve worked in and patronized high-end spas and skincare boutiques up and down the east coast. When I got down here, I knew I’d have to find a special place… so I ended up driving 2 hours (and 200 miles roundtrip) to Artisan Beaute every couple of weeks. From the moment you arrive, and at the moment you depart the front desk staff is top notch. Inviting, professional, polished, but also very warm, and they remember all the clients! They are also very prompt in responding to emails.
For facials I’ve been seeing Bisma. What a treat to be paired with her! After my first bespoke facial, I instantly switched to the 120 minute treatment. Bisma is a gem. Her knowledge of the Biologique Recherche line and protocols, and cosmeceutical chemistry is hard to find these days. And omg her facial massage! Each treatment gets better and better , and always tailor-made. Wonderful. I really look forward to our monthly skincare experience! She is really dedicated to delivering high-end skincare that produces instant results! She is absolutely charming, and I highly suggest her for facial treatments.
For injections I’ve been seeing Dipsy. She is an injection fairy godmother. She’s helped me with Botox and Dysport for various anti-aging and skin conditions (hands and underarms), and Kybella to eliminate my second chin... Dipsy is truly an artist. I had always been hesitant about botox because facial expressions are really important to me. She eliminated ALL my wrinkles around my eyes and forehead, and I still had full brow movement. Fabulous!! Highly recommend seeing her for all of your injection needs. Beyond this, her personality is absolutely lovely inside and out.
Last, but certainly not least, I’ve been seeing Meg for lasers. I’ve struggled with relentless adult acne, leaving lots of pigment marks on my forehead. I also have enlarged pores on my nose, texture issues on my upper cheeks, and uneven complexion in general. (My skin is a field of landmines). She suggested BBL and Moxi, and we’ve been doing a combo of both. The results have been fantastic! I can’t wait to do my final round. My acne is all but entirely dead, the pigment marks are disappearing, and I'm seeing real improvement in even skin tone and re-texturing. Highly recommended for all your laser needs! Meg is so much fun to talk to, she totally gets her clients, and she delivers!
If you’re looking for a hybrid- dermatology/plastic surgery/medspa, that’s high-end, uber luxury, top-notch, featuring some of the most talented beauty experts in Atlanta… Artisan Beaute...
Read moreI originally went to Artisan Beaute @ 2 months ago. Since, I've been back 3 times! The place itself is gorgeous; an art gallery.
My most recent visits: Facial - I had the most awesome Biologique Recherche facial with Amanda. What a treat both in relaxation and effectiveness. I need a deep cleansing and the masks, ice cold roller, extractions (yay) and so much more. Not only did my face look spectacular afterwards but has continued to look great. Highly recommend!
Injectables (filler, Botox) - my next visit was with Mary Ellen. We started with a consultation and mapped a plan. Mary Ellen is an artist! She combines art with the science of injectables. She doesn't simply inject to do this/that outcome but she looks at the structure of your face. I've had injections before but never with this approach. I felt like I was in the hands of an artist sculptor. The result was subtle, beautiful changes (not blown up). She was patient; I had lots of questions. Her assistant, Emily, is a doll too.
BBL and ClearSilk (laser) - I've been battling brown spots and redness in my cheeks. Meg suggested these two treatments, done at same visit. While its only been one week, I can begin to see the spots fading!! I've had IPL in the past (3 treatments) that did nothing so I'm hopeful this will begin the fading and even out of skin tone.
Initial visit I had a Visia (skin analysis) consultation yesterday with Meg. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND doing this if you are truly interested in your skin's health; agin well! The Visia takes photos of your skin (face) and then shows you 10 years and 20 years aging if you do nothing. Oh my!!! It highlights your "trouble" areas compared to others of your demographics. It was awesome.
With Meg's knowledgeable and patient assistance, I was able to identify a long term plan. She didn't try to "sell" me on tons of stuff but I already have a pretty robust skincare daily plan.
I currently use many of the Biologique Recherche products (which they are the place for this) and I was able to add a few new goodies to my routine. The eye masks are def worth the $$ and time.
Beautiful spa. Meg was wonderful; good energy, down to earth, patient and very helpful in educating me based on my questions. Importantly she didn't try to push products on me which I really...
Read moreI am very disappointed and upset about this place and the other office at north side. I went to Artisan Beaute to see Lauren for a halo treatment ( laser facial) she told me I needed to have 3 sessions to se the best results, which cost $1500 dollars. So for the first time it was 0k and to be honest I didn’t see any difference in my skin. The second time I booked an appointment she never showed up, I called her up and she was at a football game and she said that she couldn’t make it and she would call me to reschedule (she never did) so I let it go and thought we all forget stuff sometimes( no big deal) and she told me that she would make it up to me. Then the Third time I went to see her ,they took me to a room and just forgot about me for an hour. This time I just couldn’t take it so I got up and left very disappointed and upset that this people just waisted my time for the second time. THIS WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Also I went to se Dr Alexander at the perimeter office because I wanted to see what they can do for these lines I had around my mouth, I told this doctor that was the ONLY thing that was bothering, she reply that my problem was that my upper cheeks were flat and it could be corrected by fillers. And then I agreed and she injected fillers into my cheeks. Then she started saying that I need more stuff here and there, she kept up selling more products. I thought she was a professional and I thought she knew what she was doing, but boy was I wrong. After paying almost $3800 dollars that day, a week or so i went to see her and told her that my lines would still bothering me that I didn’t see any difference and she told me to give it few more days to see the best results. Then few day have passed , there was no change. Weeks after I made an other appointment with her so she could fix what I wanted to fix and the beginning. She then recommended more fillers which cost $2500 dollars, which I have to pay. I was very upset, wanted to complain but I didn’t. I felt that was a rip-off and I thought she was very greedy. I should’ve paid ONLY the $2500 if she would have listened to me the first day. So after all of this I wouldn’t recommend Artisant beaute or the other location at north...
