I had a $9.99 Any Haircut GREAT CLIPS Coupon and I Went to the Atlanta GA PONCE DE LEON AVENUE location yesterday-Monday 4/28/2025. Chelse BUTCHERED my haircut - I even SHOWED her my photo of my usual short haircut prior to the haircut and asked if she could do a straight-up the sides High and Tight , and she STILL BUTCHERED it. Also, she cut my sides unevenly. I had requested Double Zero guard but she said she didn't have that size guard but she can do No Guard. There's NO FIXING this botched haircut. She totally RUINED my hair. She had the audacity to say that she's been cutting hair for over 18 years. I still paid for the HORRENDOUSLY HIDEOUS BOTCHED haircut - AND since I am a DECENT HUMAN BEING, I tipped for service rendered (eventhough her service was bad), and I got the hell out of there. I was there around approximately 1pm to 1:30pm EST. I had paid in cash a grand total of $15. I did not get a receipt. Nevertheless, there should be a record of this $9.99 coupon haircut transaction between 1:15pm to 1:35pm. I had made my appointment online and I Checked-in upon arrival. There was one other black female hair-stylist there besides Chelse. There should be security camera that had been recording the interior of Great Clips as proof...

I went to get my son's hair cut for his mother's birthday. T..... (name removed, but the only guy usually working) was the one who cut his hair. My son is 3 and was perfectly behaved - for once. However, T.... was all over the place and ended up giving him the worst haircut I have ever seen on or by anyone...ever. There were so many dings, lines, places that were not even cut when we walked out the door, that I didn't even attempt to go back and get it fixed. If he was that incapable then why make a bad situation impossible to fix. T....'s appearance & demeanor should have been some indication of what was going to happen. He kept talking about food, had red die all over his hands and still in his hair (I guess you let someone do their hair while doing customer hair) and talking about the club from the night before. Weird he thought that would be acceptable behavior, especially around a 3 year old. The last not so funny part of this story - I went to a nearby more capable salon to ask for help fixing it and they knew T..... No explicit comments were made, except this was the second haircut they fixed for him that day. The crazy part is a great and terrible haircut are...

I brought my two daughters in for a haircut. One stylist, who's cut her hair before, goes to work on daughter #1. The second stylist, who is new, silently offered his chair to daughter #2. I attempted to explain what her hair should be like and he brusquely began working without an attempt to listen or engage with me at all. Arrogant. Daughter #2 takes longer to finish, and when I see it, the hair has been butchered. It looks terrible. I wanted to say to the stylist "if you had only listened to me before you started...", but the manager took over and after another 10 minutes finally she had the haircut we wanted. I was angry at the stylist for arrogantly ignoring my effort to inform him.

Secondly, the music in the place was extremely loud and of awful quality -- country music, turned up to 11. I asked a stylist to please turn it down, which she did. But the manager would have none of this, and returned it to the same volume, if not louder, a moment or two later. I don't understand why they believe this is good policy: No one likes music that's too loud, particularly country.
