Asad was an absolute pleasure to work with! He was so thorough, knowledgeable, professional, punctual, and down to earth! As a first time home buyer, I had no idea what to expect in a home, what to look for, or anything! Asad included me in the inspection process, he pointed out minor things and educated me on how to upkeep/maintain and correct. He pointed out things that in the future could become a problem and "right-now" actions I could take to avoid the large bill. He pointed out items of safety that maybe isn't a issue to purchase the home, but as a caring, passionate person about his work, was something he felt was a safety issue to me and family. He educated me on outlets, wirings, foundation, and even landscaping tips. I HONESTLY could not have had a better person to complete this process with. It felt like dad or big brother was there making sure everything was perfect for me and assuring I was a little more knowledgeable as a future homeowner. I felt like he completed the inspection as if it was his own home! When my client told me that she had found an inspecter for the home we just went under contract on, I was a bit concerned as I was not familiar with the business. She assured me that It would be fine because he came highly recommended and Indeed it was! Asad provided my client with an excellent home inspection. He was professional, knowledgeble and thorough. He provided an overview of his process and how he likes to tackle the inspection. He walked us through everything that he identified as concerns and included a number of FYI tidbits for my client, since she was a first time buyer. He answered any questions that we had and provided a plethera of information to help her be an informed buyer. There were a number of key findings that helped me to negotiate a better price for my buyer after the inspection was complete and the final report provided included numerous pictures that proved an invaluable resource on more than one occassion.

Asad was professional, he was knowledgeable, diligent, and patient. All around, he was outstanding! I signed a contract to purchase a new constructed home. Unfortunately, due to the complete unprofessionalism of the Builder, my closing date was pushed back five times!!! This meant I have to call Asad and reschedule five times.

All the reasons that the Builder gave for the delay, did not warrant the actual delay they needed. Sometimes I would not know that the Builder had changed the date of inspection until literally the day/ night before, the inspection was supposed to happen. Through all of it, Asad was willing to allow me to reschedule whenever needed. He was finally able to do the inspection after the dates have been moved four times consecutively . However, when he finally did do the inspection, because of the incompetence of the Builder, yet again, the home was not ready.

In the end, what I appreciated the most was, after the home initially failed inspection, when my new home was finally ready, Asad returned and a second inspection free of charge!!
