While this location may be very nice and closet to me I will NEVER go back to this location they like to racially profile and randomly stop black customers for receipts after following them around the store while theyâre shopping. I put an Online order in last night And went to pick it up this afternoon first headache was having to find to pick up location. Customer service multiple times and being told to go downstairs was finally pointed that in the very right corner, right parking lot to get my items I need to head back upstairs to restroom and possibly a charger to charge my phone with my phone died. I wanted to buy some wine. I followed around the store security guards stop that I made on my way finally out after using the restroom and unable to find a charger, I will stop by the same guard watched me for over 20 minutes receipt for online order picked up the pick up area was told I needed to show up because I came back inside from outside even though I didnât touch nothing. I needed to prove that my online order was mines frustrated while the staff thought was right to be belittle me about being upset of being racially profiled and refusing to give me a cash refund although the Caucasian manager instructed them to do so , and they did a refund I was given all my money I was shorted a dollar and some change I was trying to fight Rather be the better person and just leave and share my story on Google while all may not have the same story you shouldnât have to feel uncomfortable just being a youngman living...
Read moreToday, my shopping trip to Kroger on Ponce turned into a memorable adventure, thanks to the incredible staff. From the moment I stepped out of my car, I was greeted by Ms. Tae, the cart attendant, who cheerfully assisted me with a cart. Her friendliness set a positive tone for the rest of my visit.
As I wandered through the aisles, I realized I needed noodles for my famous spaghetti. Unfortunately, they were on the top shelf, just out of reach. Enter Ms. Diary, who was working up front. With a smile and a clever solution, she found a claw grabber and rescued the last pack of noodles. It felt like a mini triumph, all thanks to her resourcefulness.
At the checkout, I was delighted to see Ms. Marlina, my usual cashier. Her warm demeanor and dish recommendations always add a personal touch to my shopping experience. Sheâs like a ray of sunshine, making every interaction enjoyable.
And then there was Ms. Kalayna, the bagger, whose beautiful spirit and infectious positivity wrapped up my visit perfectly. Her kind words and careful packing made me feel genuinely appreciated.
This trip, like so many before, reminded me why I love shopping at Kroger. The staffâs dedication and kindness turn a routine errand into a highlight of my day. Forever...
Read moreI had a horrible incident at the Kroger on Ponce that has the bar facing the Atlanta Beltline. I asked the lady cooking outside on the patio if she could turn down the music as it was so loud people where covering there ears, except for a few illegal vendors that were selling next to this employee of Kroger. I spoke to the manager about the volume of the music. The woman cooking outside of this Kroger, who had a small beard, was an embarrassment to both Kroger and humanity in general. Another customer witnessed this Kroger employee screaming and yelling when asked to turn down the music. Even an employee suggested lowering the volume. I thought speaking with the manager would resolve the situation, especially since other employees had witnessed her acting so inappropriately. However, when the manager, an older Indian woman, came out, she said there was nothing she could do as Kroger had authorized it and suggested coming inside as a solution. To make matters worse, inappropriate adsâclearly from a Pandora streamâwere playing, and the music was completely unsuitable for children of any age. Itâs disappointing to see Kroger being a bad neighbor to those within earshot of this...
