Update: Over priced & decreased quality!! They have increased their prices to above what I think takeout Chinese should be. It is now $16.75 to pickup Chicken General Tso’s when one year ago it was $14.50. The quality has decreased too. The soup size is smaller than the standard soup container (pictured). The hot and sour soup had a jelly ball in it. The crunchies for the soup were stale. The fried rice which was an expensive $2.50 up charge was a cheap product which had no veggies in it. Original review: Enjoyed all the entres and appetizers. The breaded chicken was high quality and not just crunchy crud breading like some places & the sauce on the General Tso was the perfect balance of spicy & sweet. We got 3 appetizers which were all great. The Hunan chicken has good sauce. The chicken teriyaki is good too. Moo shoo Pork was ok. The orange chicken had quality meat and was ok too. They are very generous with the meat portions, so I might add a side of veggies next time. The vegetable spring rolls are good. The sushi would be the only thing I wouldn’t order again because the sauces were the wrong pairings. Spicy Tuna doesn’t need a big dab of Sriracha & our other roll was lathered in spicy mayo. Also skip the coconut soup & beef curry rolls. The pork egg rolls are better than the vegetable spring rolls (could use some texture). The side fried rice needs veggies.

This is my first visit to this location and I must say was thoroughly pleased. The service was pretty exceptional thought the duration of my lunch. The waitress checked on me throughout my meal and she kept my glass consistently filled with lemon water. I ordered Crab Rangoons as an appetizer and the General Tso Chicken as an entree. Both were absolutely delicious. Since it was lunch time the entree came with a chicken wing drummette and an eggroll both which rounded out the meal well. It was actually quite a bit of food when you put it all together. The Crab Rangoons were crispy on the outside and deliciously soft and sweet on the inside, the General Tso Chicken had just the right amount of heat for me, causing a slight nose run but not a full down pour, the bell peppers were crisp and had a nice bite. I had been craving Chinese food for quite a bit so this definitely hit the spot. I struggled to find a Chinese restaurant in the area that was clean enough for me to actually want to go into and sit down. This hit the mark. Ordering a head has a $1.50 service charge.

We had an AWFUL experience here Sunday evening. Everyone’s meal came out at different times and one person didn’t receive their meal until we asked for the check. The salt and pepper shrimp had NO FLAVOR whatsoever. When we brought it to our waitress attention, she began talking loudly and arguing that she told us when ordering they don’t use a sauce. The issue is not a sauce, the issue was the lack of salt and pepper” in the dish coined as such. She finally took the plate but we could hear her yelling in the back. We also asked for a manager and she claimed she was the manager. Very rude, condescending waitress. I felt the vibe the moment we began ordering and should have left then! Please stop spending your money at places with people who do not value your patronage. This place was not worth the price paid and a gratuity was added when she truly did not earn it.

Absolutely disgusting customer service!!!! My date and I went there last night (as a last resort as this was the only Chinese food spot that stayed open past 10PM). I've been here before but got sushi the 1st time, which was pretty good but the little Asian waiter's customer service skills were horrible. This time I got General Tso chicken and egg rolls, which were mediocre-at-best, and a 1/4 glass of Moscato for $7. The waiter's customer service skills were still horrible, as we had to waive him down every time we needed something (and there was only one other table with another couple). The hostess (I guess her name is Lisa) didn't even check up on us and we were sitting right across from her station. At the end of dinner, my date paid on his card and left a $1 tip on the card to go with the rest of the singles he put on the table. The Asian guy didn't even look on our table for the money, he just saw the $1 tip on the card and got angry. He yelled at us, saying it was an insult and stormed off. I asked Lisa to pull him from the back because that was unacceptable and so I could point out the money being left on the table. Of course, because he's a pathetic, ignorant coward, he told Lisa to lie and tell us he left for the night. He didn't resurface until we were getting in the car...Yes, we saw both of you looking out the front window from behind the curtains. I will NEVER eat here again and I will advise everyone I know and don't know to do the same. There are better Asian cuisine establishments out there who value customers and don't jump to conclusions based on skin color. Not ALL black people leave horrible tips, even when the waiter doesn't...

I ordered delivery from Chin Chin II. Being new to the area, I just wanted some good old-fashioned American Chinese take-out, and they were one that stuck a menu in my door. I gave Decor a 2 because I don't know - there is no "N/A" rating. I ordered the House (beef, chicken, and shrimp) Penang Curry, 6 fried chicken wings, and 2 curry rolls... Compared to others, it is over-priced for about the same quality, but pretty good anyway. Note: The beef in the Penang Curry was kind of indistinct. Was it really beef? What cut was it from? I think it was maybe a tough cut tenderized to hell. The curry rolls were kind of the same - what was in them? It was hard to discern what it was supposed to be, and there was no curry flavor to speak of (their cheapest app. @ $3 for 2 rolls). The fried chicken wings were just what I expected - crispy, flavorful (somewhat salty). They were very good on their own without sauce (usually the ones with sauce are kind of slimy and not crispy). The quoted delivery time of 45 minutes was closer to 30, so points for that... Overall, not bad. Nothing exceptional, and the prices are bit higher than what I'm used to... Maybe everything "intown" is just more expensive, despite quality? *The shrimp in the dish were huge, and obviously properly cleaned - there was a split where they were deveined - many places are lazy about this, or I just happened to...
