The place is beautiful and the receptionist was so helpful and kind. They were able to squeeze me in for a last minute appointment which I am SO grateful for. Other than that experience felt a bit uncomfortable for me. I felt as though I was getting glares from a few of the techs but smiled through it. My nail techs name was Cici she was super sweet but did not do a job that was to my personal liking. The last photo posted is a reference photo for a ball park of what I wanted. I was told that was something that couldn’t be done because she needed an airbrush so I suggested doing a pink base to clear ombré to get the same effect. Now the design I don’t expect to be perfect at all because she expressed that the look I wanted wouldn’t be exactly achievable. What bothered me is how terrible the shaping was. I kept prompting and asking to make things more even. At one point she said they look like that because my nails beds are smaller on one hand than the other? I’ve never heard of this ever… but ok I guess. When I picked the pink that I wanted she said it was too pink I said “why? do you feel like it won’t blend well?” she said nothing then kept working. Later into the set she goes, “oh wow this IS pretty!, smart girl, smart girl, very smart girl” like… ok I guess? After trying my hardest to politely guide her into more consistent and even nail shapes she got tired and said she couldn’t do anymore without taking too much acrylic off so this was the final product. The set came out to 86$ which was a bit unexpected just because I’ve had way longer and way more intricate for the same price if not no more than 100$. Which by the way, I NEVER have an issue with paying good money for good quality but I don’t feel that this was worth it. One of the extra charges was being charged for the coffin shape. Charging for length I am familiar with but I’m not familiar with paying for the shape that I have chosen. I wish everyone at this salon the best of luck but I will not be coming back here.

I have been coming here on and off since the pandemic and have a mix of experiences. Lynn does great SNS but wasnt there the last two times I went (today and 2 weeks ago) and both techs I got were horrible. I will use today's experience for this review. I don't even know who my nail tech was but I had to ask 3 times for her to reshape my nails as they were extremely thick and flat. I finally asked her to get me someone else and she didn't. She just drilled them again and threw on top coat. The top coat was laid so sloppy that it's now chipping all along the edges. I got in my car and filed them myself! In addition...each nail is it's own length! She couldn't even confidently add a tip to my one broken nail! I asked for her to remove it as it was angled UP and horrible large and she didn't! She just cut it down to my nail bed and proceeded. I know she told whomever was managing that I was NOT happy and that person just complimented my gel pedicure (which was done well and the reason this isnt one star) and moved on. I almost cried...$120 is a LOT of money to waste on mediocrity. Unless management makes this right, I will NEVER be back.

I don’t recommend this place, especially not for SNS, and especially not Tracy. I got SNS ombré manicure with short square tips here, and I made an appointment for it. The manicure by Tracy felt very rushed, but it did look good right after the appointment. Within 3 days I had hairline cracks in all of my nails. I’ve got SNS done before at a different location and knew this wasn’t supposed to happen. I went back on the 3rd day to get my nails fixed. To their credit, they were apologetic and did fix all of my nails, and I chose to do SNS without a design and round shape tips instead. Another person worked on most of the nails, and then Tracy I did the finishing job. When I left the salon, I noticed my right thumb SNS had a dent in it, so I had to go back for the 3rd time. Someone fixed it simply by filing down the SNS. The dent is still visible. On top of that, the same nail has hairline cracks, and this all happened within a day. That’s not normal. You can see in the picture what happened to my fixed SNS nail after just one day. I really want my money back because it was a waste of ~$100.

This salon is a solid 3 star place. It’s not bad at all. It’s good if you aren’t super picky or meticulous about things. Unfortunately for me, I am. The people were kind enough. Manager was very nice. Overall I just felt the service could have been better as far as attitude and technique. I don’t think the prices or cute aesthetic match the work. I paid 50 each for nails and pedicure. The pedicure was good but not anything super special and my nail shape/polish looks okay. I messed up my toe cause for some reason they out the flip flops on after and they had me wait a while for someone to fix my polish and then the girl who did my toes had an attitude about fixing it. They charge too much to have an attitude about anything. My nails are cool. The nail tech was really nice and not offended by my critiques and did her best which was refreshing. I wanted something I saw in a picture but they came out looking different (which is expected) so I’m not in love with them and now stuck with them for a few weeks. Receptionist said the design may be 5 or 10 extra and then the technician said French is +15. When they already charge extra for a “manicure” which is just pushing down and cutting cuticles with SNS, I couldn’t justify an extra 15 for French. I would pay up to 12 or 13 extra but even that’s pushing it. I could have been more assertive about the color selection on that part. Overall I’m writing this because I feel they have the potential to be a 4/5 star place so hopefully management sees this. The cute aesthetic, website and Instagram designs lure you in. They did the best job out of the places I’ve been in Atlanta metro area. I don’t particularly like the nail salons or the level of service you receive here but this one was the best of the bad.

Update : I had to take off a star because the day after my manicure my sns started cracking. Now is day after and 4 of my nails are...

EDIT: Reached out via Instagram to management who was more than accommodating and willing to fix my nails. Returned on 8/14/20 to the salon where Susan evaluated my nails and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to fix them. It was an entirely different experience and my nails now look amazing. The level of customer service that I received on 8/14 was unparalleled and I couldn’t be happier that I returned. Can’t wait to come back next time.

Went here 8/13/20 and wanted to love this shop because of its great location and beautiful storefront. That being said, I received one of the worst dip manicures ever. The tips were haphazardly glued on and there was nail glue all over my fingers and skin. The shape of the nails (square) is crooked and uneven between my two hands. The lengths between my nails on both hands are completely uneven as well. The dip powder was applied entirely too thick and then shaved down, resulting in awkward color patches and a horribly thick manicure. I left the shop bleeding, due to sloppy work with the drill. I also got a facial wax, and the paper sheet on the pillow and the sheets on the bed were NOT changed before my wax or after (that I saw because the technician turned the lights off and left the room before I had even gotten up from the waxing table) I sincerely wish that I hadn’t wasted my money on trying this place and am incredibly disappointed with the quality of service...
