Table for 2 for Lunch We walked in and headed straight to the host stand, where we were greeted with a warm welcome. The host asked if we preferred to sit inside or outside. Wifey immediately chose inside—it was a hot day in Atlanta, and she wasn’t about to sit in that heat. The host walked us all the way to the back of the huge dining room and sat us in a large booth—easily big enough for six to eight people. Our server came by pretty quickly, dropped off some waters, and asked if we were ready to order drinks. We told her we needed a minute to review the beer menu, which was available via QR code. When she returned, we both ordered flights of four beers each. We also reviewed the extensive food options and Wifey was interested in the De Niro Pizza, but had questions about the sausage; whether it was pork or beef. Our server confirmed that it was pork and she ordered that pizza. I went with the Cluck Norris Chicken Sandwich, minus the avocado. And a side of brussels sprouts Our beer flights came out fast—good selection, nice mix of styles. We enjoyed sipping through them while we waited on the food. When the dishes arrived, the pizza (to me) looked a little plain—almost like something out of the frozen food section. My sandwich plate looked a little lonely, just the sandwich and a side of Brussels sprouts. But as we started digging in, things turned around. My chicken sandwich was actually really good, and the Brussels sprouts had good texture and were flavorful. The pizza? Also solid— Wifey let me know, contrary to my first assessment, the pizza was fresh and the flavors were on point. She also mentioned it had a nice kick to it. Not overpowering, but just enough spice to make it interesting. Even though I really liked the big open-air layout—with the doors and windows wide open—the downside was that it let in a bunch of flies. Once they started buzzing around our food, it became a little distracting and took away from the overall experience. The booth we were seated in also could’ve used some more attention. There were crumbs tucked into the seams, which made it feel like it hadn’t been wiped down thoroughly. That said, BrewDog had a great flow of energy—lots of people, plenty of movement. I spotted a convenient beer-to-go station tucked in a corner upstairs. It looked like you could grab a drink in a plastic cup and head right out to the BeltLine, which runs just outside. Our server, Ashlea, was consistently checking in and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall, this visit was a bit of a mixed bag, but more pros than cons. We still enjoyed our visit to BrewDog and definitely plan to come back. You can't beat the location!

I recently had the unfortunate opportunity to visit Brew Dogs in Atlanta, and I must say that it was an experience I would not wish upon anyone. From the moment I walked through the door, it became apparent that this establishment lacked the basic standards of quality and service.
Let's start with the food. The menu boasted a wide range of options, but the execution fell flat. The dishes were nothing more than uninspired, greasy pub fare. The burgers were overcooked and tasteless, while the fries were disappointingly soggy and underseasoned. It was clear that the kitchen lacked both skill and attention to detail. I couldn't help but wonder if they were more concerned with quantity rather than quality.
However, the abysmal food was not the only disappointment. The service at Brew Dogs was equally atrocious. The waitstaff seemed disinterested, bordering on indignant. It was as if they were doing us a favor by taking our orders and delivering our food. Not once did they bother to check on us or offer any sort of friendly interaction. It felt as though we were an inconvenience to them, rather than paying customers.
To make matters worse, the waitresses were completely oblivious to our dissatisfaction. When we brought up the issues with our food, they responded with a dismissive attitude and a lack of concern. It was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority for them. Their lack of empathy and professionalism only added to the overall negative experience.
In conclusion, Brew Dogs in Atlanta is a prime example of a restaurant that fails to deliver on its promises. The combination of mediocre food and miserable service from indignant waitresses left me with a bitter taste in my mouth. I would strongly advise anyone seeking a pleasant dining experience to steer clear of this establishment. There are far better options available in Atlanta that value their customers and take pride in their food...

I don’t typically write negative reviews but after my horrible experience last night I felt compelled to share.
First, when we were greeted there’s not a host stand at the entrance to the restaurant you need to walk all the way through the restaurant just to get seated. We asked for a booth as there was plenty of seating available. The host still tried multiple times to put us at a different table along the way.
Second, I ordered a burger with onion rings for my meal. Normally, the burger is served with fries. When asked to substitute the waitress said sure no problem. The burger ordered medium came out overcooked and well done.
Third, when it was time for the check the waitress asked us to close out early so that the gratuity would go to her. Why would the owner come up with a crazy system where this needs to be asked? Probably, because they are understaffed and poorly compensated for their work.
This is the craziest part: I was charged $7 for the onion rings when there was no mention anywhere of the up charge. Not on the menu, not by the server, NOTHING. If the fries are $5.95 normally and the onion rings are $6.95. How much would the up charge be? If you answered $1, you’d be wrong just like me. I was charged the full $7 and when trying to resolve I was told “that’s just the way it is here.” What kind of place does this???
They have the app called Sunday but charge $1.49 just to pay your tab! Why not absorb into your pricing instead of customers feeling nickel and dimed for every last cent? As much as I wanted, I didn’t opt to reduce the tip because I think the waitress was helpless to this insanity.
$44 for a beer and a burger? That’s crazy. I think that’s the last time I...
