I would like to state that I just ended a seasonal contract with lululemon. My experience at this lululemon location was deplorable. Lululemon, your employees at the Ponce location need a revamp and re-education. No one who spends $100+ on leggings should have to deal with this.
1st encounter: I go to lululemon at Ponce to drop of items to be hemmed and to handle an exchange. I was told by a team leader Ki Ki that my leggings could not be hemmed to the length that I requested. Mind you Iāve already had a pair of leggings hemmed in this specific style at this location, Ponce, with no issues or resistance. I expressed that I had this hemming style done before also at other lululemon locations. She denied them and asked why I didnāt go to the lululemon I worked at to get it done. I handled my other transactions and left.
2nd encounter: I go to drop off other items for hemming. I bring the denied pair of leggings and prior hemmed leggings with receipt to show that they do hem the leggings as I requested. Unfortunately she was there again. But this time the store was to busy to do my hemings and again I was asked why I didnāt just go to another location. I exchanged a few words with KiKi. I didnāt understand the confusion she was creating and the interrogation of why I chose that location. Eventually another team leader had to handle my transaction.
Customer service..horrible. I give NO stars. Attitude and communication of this particular employee is rude. She communicated false information and was focused on some power play. I will never be returning to this...

I purchased a final sale item but was charged full price. The young lady then proceeded to return the item back on my card and then did another transaction charging me the correct price. Hence why I had several receipts. Now I could have been upset and rude for my card being charged so many times but I was extremely kind and patient about the situation. I understand mistakes happen. So why is it when I wanted to make a return I not only was treated unfairly but the woman was unwelcoming and extremely rude. She made me stand at the register for 10 minutes while she verified all my receipts. I explained what happened but she still made it seem as if I was the problem! Finally after she felt comfortable enough to return my items she asked for the last 4 digits on my card. I proceeded to ask how much I was getting back and she says "IT'S ON THE RECEIPT!"..as if I didn't just have this issue with my service before. Not once apologizing for the inconvenience. What makes me upset is that I called the store prior to making my return. The manager let me know it wouldn't be a problem but that they don't like to accept returned items because it drops their sales percentage. Who says that to a customer!?!? After this experience I will do Lululemon a huge favor and never purchase from them again. I teach yoga and pilates but I will definitely encourage my students to...

Super uncomfortable experience today, there was a young female with braids that assisted me today when I checked out. I actually wanted to avoid her because when I initially walked in and spoke she just looked away. Also she had a slight confrontation with another lady who was asking about the local sales tax, it was a very aggressive response given to the customer for absolutely no reason. Long story short I caught her periodically staring at me from wherever she was standing for a long period of time. She made the return process extremely uncomfortable for me even though she just seen me yesterday for the purchase trying to figure out which leggings provided slight support for yoga.I will not return to this store at all.
