I ordered a cross from Midwest Jewellery for my granddaughter’s upcoming baptism. After I ordered, I was contacted by the seller to notify me that there would be an increase from the price posted online and that it would not ship until September 5. I agreed to the price increase and paid additional for overnight shipping yo insure it would arrive in time. I was told that I would be kept up-to-date on the transaction. On September 5, I had received no notification of shipment so the next morning I sent a text to the seller with no response. I followed up with a phone call and was told that they would call me back in 10 minutes. More than an hour later., I contacted them again only to learn that the cross had not been shipped and would not arrive in time for the baptism 10 days later. I was never told of the delay. The seller offered two possible alternatives that could ship immediately. They sent photos of two alternative crosses to select from. With few options available, I selected one. The seller agreed to supply a chain to match the gold on the cross. It was shipped that day via FedEx and arrived two days later. The cross I received was much smaller than expected. I contacted the seller to arrange return according to their return policy. I was told that the cross cannot be returned because they had to arrange/source the cross from somewhere else. That was never disclosed to me before shipping. The seller should have disclosed that this was a non-returnable item. I am now out several hundred dollars for a cross that I cannot use or return.

Updated: I ordered a bridal set and I received the the wrong shipment. The rings I received were completely different from the ones listed on the website. I since have tried to contact the company with no response. They don’t answer phone calls or respond to emails. I would be happy to update this review to a higher rating if we could simply resolve this issue. UPDATE: After posting this review I did receive an email from the company telling me I could return the rings for a refund. I since have returned the rings and I even provided the company with a tracking number. They then replied “ok thanks”. I then took comfort in knowing that they received the tracking number and I would be receiving a refund. I was notified that the package was delivered on November 23, 2020. I’ve since made attempts to contact them to see when I would be receiving my refund with no response. Every time I call there’s no answer and I have not received a reply to my emails. I take no joy in writing this review. I wish that things would’ve been different and I could have written a better one. I am only writing this because I would want to know this information before I decided to purchase from this company. If they ever refund my money I will be sure to write...

Purchased a size 14 ring which paid extra to get. Also paid extra for the over night shipping. Went with company because of this option. Was sent a smaller size ring (8/9). No luck contacting the company. Don’t answer phone, emails and getting someone on chat via website is hard to do. Finally did get a hold of Adam and was given a phone number to text my tracking number once I sent the ring back. Mind you I am paying for the over night shipping to send it back and now fed ex can not deliver the ring because No one is in the building to sign. They delivered 4 times today and nothing and this is during business hours. No one from the company has tried to call, message me or anything. This is extremely unprofessional and waste of my hard earned money. I am now wanting a refund and for the cost I had to spend on shipping to be returned to me. It’s completely unexceptionable to treat customers this way. Warning do not do business with the company. It’s shady and I would question their quality of jewelry at this point as well.
