I realized through working with Jilda that I wasn’t just buying a ring, I was confidently buying into a lifetime of quality customer care. Even though I had given her very little indication of wanting to make an immediate purchase, I never once felt pressured, and got the feeling that Jilda genuinely wanted to help me.

The internet gives anyone who knows anything a voice, which leads to many conflicting opinions, and makes it difficult to discern fact from fiction. Jilda was able to put everything simply and in a way that made sense. I even got insights from her that I could not find online. Forget trying to google “what is the best value diamond to buy” or “how to get a good deal on an engagement ring.” Jilda will explain it like it is in a low-pressure easy to understand way.

Jilda has intimate knowledge of the inner-workings of the diamond industry, and she understands some of the nuances with how the certification agencies grade diamonds – these are not insights that you can find online or even get from other jewelers. I’m definitely glad I had her on my side when making my purchase.

Watching Garo at work is pretty awesome—you can stand right in the shop and see him design in CAD, create the wax mold, pour the casting, set the gem, and plate and polish the final piece. Everything is crafted right there in the Gold Tech shop!

With state-of-the-art additive manufacturing techniques, no design is off-limits—they offer truly bespoke craftsmanship tailored to each customer's vision. In my case, I had a grainy picture of the ring I wanted, sent by my fiancée's friend. Jilda and Garo took one look and knew exactly how to make it. Within a few days, he provided a rendering of the same ring from my picture, and the entire ring was finished in less than 10 days!

I cannot speak highly enough of Jilda, Garo and Debbie. I happened into their store with a friend and now consider them family. Just looking turned into 2 exquisite, unique creations. They had a ring on display and we were able to recreate it a little bigger using sentimental stones I had in another ring I didn’t wear. It is absolutely breathtaking. I also purchased another incredibly unique sapphire and diamond deco ring that is equally as gorgeous.
