My friend and I came to Goodfella’s as a second option because Binky’s was closed during our trip to Atlanta. The lady at the cashier was rude, she made us go order at the kiosk instead of talking to her, and she had no line. Seemed to be bossing around other employees and customers, and she was literally just standing there. No napkins or utensils- I had to ask for them. Additionally, my drink that I had ordered wasn’t provided with the meal- I had to ask for it. That part was just the horrible service. The atmosphere was horrible, it was so hot in there, probably 90 degrees due to the oven being so close to the small dining area, and a giant fan making noise in the corner (not really cooling the place down at all)- not sure if the AC was broken either? I was seriously considering leaving before I even tried the food because it was so hot and uncomfortable. Homeless people sleeping on the tables on either side, just making the place less inviting- I get it is not a 5 star luxury restaurant, but all I’m asking for is to eat in peace. Lastly, the food really was not great. I got a combo meat- a Stromboli, with pepperoni and ham (which was extra), and a side of 5 lemon pepper wings. I asked for the wings to be wet, and they were dry (and soooo small!!) My stromboli was the worst part, I was incredibly disappointed with how dry it was, too much cheese and bread, not enough of the meat, and no sauce (because it is extra) to make it not as dry. I love trying independently owned restaurants instead of chains, and went to many during my time in Atlanta, but this one was...
Read moreI recently visited Goodfellas for the second time, hoping for a better experience, but unfortunately, it was even worse than the first. I ordered the jerk chicken pizza, hoping for a flavorful dish with crispy crust. However, my request for a crispy crust seemed to be misunderstood, as the pizza arrived completely overcooked. The sauce was dried out, and the chicken was so overdone it was almost inedible. It's disappointing when a restaurant doesn't learn from past mistakes, and unfortunately, this was my last visit to Goodfellas.

However, it's disappointing that despite providing feedback, the result was far from satisfactory. It's quite amusing that the owner seems more concerned about my request than the fact that the end result was, well, awful. While I appreciate the owner's response, it's disheartening that an adjustment request led to an almost inedible pizza. Regrettably, this was my last visit...
Read moreI really want to give no stars. This place is horrible and terrible. I wouldn’t ever eat there again. I never ate there before and my coworker and I went there for lunch. I ask the young lady that was taking orders what she recommend. She looked a little stoned to me. She said she eats just about everything on the menu. Since that answer to me didn’t sound to sure I decided to play it safe and order chicken tenders. Can’t go wrong with that right? I received my tenders and they were fried hard and the breading just cracked away off of them and my fries were almost burnt. Their grease needs to be changed. I should have known something wasn’t right because my order came up as soon as I ordered it. Another guy had a problem with his order also and ask the same young lady what was her name and she got smart and said it’s on the receipt. He ask well can I speak to someone in the back and the young lady who name is Nikki by the way said no one in the back speaks English with a smirk. Actually she was lying because before the gentleman ordered food she was speaking and laughing with them speaking English. The gentleman left out with his food and I’m sure he won’t be back either. Paid 13.00 for some bull that I barely ate. Never again. Do...
