This place is complete scam. As soon as you parked, there is a person in the parking spot harassing you to pay for the parking. As soon as you approach the machine to pay, he asks you if you are paying in cash or credit card. I made the big mistake of saying cash, therefore, he went ahead an put a ticket in the windshield wiper after I paid him 10 dollars, wish seemed pricey, but since the parking spot is in downtown (In Waffle-House), I did not think more of it. After a 20 minute walk around centennial park, we came back to the car to see that there are two boots on our cars. The person who was putting the boots on the cars was still there, we asked him about the ticket that we had paid for. He clearly seemed not to care about what we were saying. He wanted the full 75 dollars to take the boots off. It was clear that he most probably know the other person who we gave the 10 dollars (from the way that he reacted). Worst experience ever. DO NOT PARK HERE. We left our vehicle around 2:08 pm until 5:20 pm to go to an Atlanta Hawks game. We came back and our truck was damaged, it look like someone attempted to break in. The worker says he’s been standing by our truck the entire time. When I questioned it, he later says he was “flagged by customers a few times.” He says, “a camera is there”when we asked and claims “it doesn’t work sometimes” He called his manager and the manager says, “he didn’t see anything.” I questioned how he could watch a 3 hour clip in less than a minute, nothing was said. We felt like we were placed at fault for parking somewhere that should have been watched and safe. We were questioned, “if we were sure the truck wasn’t already that way.” The truck is BRAND NEW—2025 Ram 1500, It does not have any damage. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. I will never pay to park here! This place is a scam gang! When you park, someone will come to ask you to pay for parking. When you leave, someone will come to lock your car! They will ask you to pay 75$ before they will unlock it! I called the police, and the local police arrived about 2 hours later. But by then, I had already left! Because we drove here from Chicago for tourism! There were 4 children in the car! We couldn't wait there in the sun! I couldn't stand such a speed of police response! This place is terrible! We found a parking lot outside because there were no parking spaces at the aquarium! It ruined our vacation!
